Lofty provides a platform for sellers to list their properties for sale, with approval or denial based on criteria like occupancy status, condition, location, and rental history. Once a property receives approval, a new LLC is established to manage the sale. The tokens associated with the LLC are then transformed into individual tokens valued at $50 each on the Algorand Blockchain. A certified property inspector will evaluate the property and compile a detailed report.
