gPanel vs. MASACP

While many SaaS Management Platforms provide a broad overview of application discovery and expenditure tracking across numerous third-party services, gPanel by Promevo offers in-depth, native administration and security management tailored specifically for Google Workspace. IT departments depend on gPanel to transcend basic SaaS financial oversight and gain direct control over domain management. Its notable features include comprehensive visual scanning and auditing of Google Drive without the need to reset user passwords, centralized license optimization based on real-time login data, analysis of OAuth scopes to eliminate Shadow IT risks, and the enforcement of customized email signatures across the entire domain. Organizations prefer gPanel over standard SMP solutions when their primary focus is on achieving complete security, automated governance, and accurate lifecycle management within their Google ecosystem.

Effectively managing employee lifecycles involves more than just basic identity synchronization. gPanel, developed by Promevo, enhances user provisioning and governance by streamlining intricate identity management into automated, hands-free workflows specifically designed for Google Workspace. Instead of depending on generic role templates, gPanel provides IT administrators with access to over 1,000 customizable permission roles and Limited Visibility settings, enabling precise control over delegated access tailored to specific Organizational Units or user groups. gPanel simplifies the processes of onboarding, offboarding, and Google Vault data retention. It also seamlessly facilitates dynamic contact synchronization, license reclamation, and email signature provisioning right out of the box. Organizations prefer gPanel over conventional identity and governance solutions due to its specialized and robust integration with Google Workspace, which minimizes human error while upholding stringent security measures.
