Mindcat Stays provides an all-inclusive solution for hotel booking and front-desk management specifically designed for those managing hotel apartments, furnished apartments, holiday homes, chalets, and small hotels. Each property comes with its own branded booking website, allowing guests to conveniently check availability and make reservations for various durations, whether it be nights, weeks, or even months. The front-desk team can manage direct bookings from the website, phone calls, walk-in customers, and corporate clients with ease by using a unified calendar that details reservation information, payment statuses, invoices, and the ability to export bookings. Operators benefit from the option to tailor many elements such as unit types, pricing structures, minimum stay requirements, additional services offered, cancellation terms, VAT, and the Tourism Dirham, all while overseeing multiple properties from a single, cohesive dashboard. The system is hosted either in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, but it also offers the option to be deployed in a customer's own cloud or data center. Guest-facing interfaces are available in English, with some pages partially translated into Arabic, yet the service does not currently integrate with popular booking platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb, nor does it provide support for Shomoos registration or ZATCA e-invoicing. You pay per room or apartment guests can book, per month. A three-bedroom apartment sold as one unit counts once. The price per unit drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the units inside that band. Front desk, reservations, housekeeping and finance logins are free, and so are extra buildings. There is no fee per booking.
