ip·Solis gives employees a clean self-service portal to request the IT they need — VDIs, shared desktops, applications, licenses or hardware — while IT keeps full control through configurable approval workflows and automated provisioning. It is the lean, self-hosted alternative to heavyweight suites like Ivanti and ServiceNow: focused on IT self-service and asset lifecycle instead of a sprawling ITSM monolith, and deployable in an afternoon via Docker. Managers approve in one click; multi-approver quorums, conditional rules and out-of-office delegation keep requests moving. Approved orders are fulfilled automatically by PowerShell runbooks across Active Directory, SCCM, XenServer/XCP-ng and VMware vSphere — no manual ticket handling. Every asset stays auditable from request to decommissioning, with access certification for ISO 27001/SOX/PCI, an append-only audit log, and cost reporting that tracks spend by provider, consuming team and department. Single sign-on works with any OIDC provider (Entra ID, Okta and more), and automated offboarding via SCIM and HR webhooks revokes access the moment someone leaves. It runs entirely on your own infrastructure — on-prem or air-gapped, no data sent to a vendor cloud, no telemetry.
