What is ip·Solis?

ip·Solis gives employees a clean self-service portal to request the IT they need — VDIs, shared desktops, applications, licenses or hardware — while IT keeps full control through configurable approval workflows and automated provisioning. It is the lean, self-hosted alternative to heavyweight suites like Ivanti and ServiceNow: focused on IT self-service and asset lifecycle instead of a sprawling ITSM monolith, and deployable in an afternoon via Docker. Managers approve in one click; multi-approver quorums, conditional rules and out-of-office delegation keep requests moving. Approved orders are fulfilled automatically by PowerShell runbooks across Active Directory, SCCM, XenServer/XCP-ng and VMware vSphere — no manual ticket handling. Every asset stays auditable from request to decommissioning, with access certification for ISO 27001/SOX/PCI, an append-only audit log, and cost reporting that tracks spend by provider, consuming team and department. Single sign-on works with any OIDC provider (Entra ID, Okta and more), and automated offboarding via SCIM and HR webhooks revokes access the moment someone leaves. It runs entirely on your own infrastructure — on-prem or air-gapped, no data sent to a vendor cloud, no telemetry. Free for private use and 30-day evaluation; any organizational use — including public-sector bodies and non-profit organizations — requires a commercial license.

What is EtherAssist?

EtherAssist is an AI assistant for IT teams. It helps diagnose incidents, write PowerShell and automation scripts, produce guides and runbooks, and draft compliance documents, so teams move faster without adding headcount. Diagnostics cover DNS, mail, SSL, ports and CVEs, and EtherAssist converts VBS and BAT scripts to PowerShell. It generates scripts for your team to review and run; it does not make changes in your estate. For Windows 11 planning, EtherAssist reads Intune device data through Microsoft Graph, read-only, to show readiness. Compliance draft packs cover ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and 42002, Cyber Essentials, NCSC CAF, the NCSC Cloud Security Principles, DORA, NIS2 and more, exported as DOCX, PDF or zip. They are drafts for your team to review. Admins control the assistant per tenant: web search, connectors, sources and domains can each be switched on or off, and each connector write call needs the user's approval. You choose the region (UK, EU or US) for model calls. The audit log can be sent to your SIEM, retention purge runs from 1 to 3,650 days, and per-user export and purge are built in. MSPs manage customers from one multi-tenant console. EtherAssist also works in Microsoft Teams and as a browser extension, and connects to Zoho Desk. Standard plan: £16 per user per month.
