    Summary

    After evaluating over half a dozen software and licensing three of them, we finally settled on 123worx because of its integrated application. We use almost all the functionality offered by 123worx. The only other software we use is our design software. We have grown our business threefold since we started using 123worx. With every employee using 123worx, it is extremely easy to onboard new employees.

    Positive

    - 123worx is the only construction management software we are using for managing our projects, running our day-to-day business as well as collaboration between employees, trade partners, suppliers, and clients. 

    - 123worx platform offers over a dozen features such as CRM, Estimating, Project Management, Scheduling, Change Order Management, Punch Lists, RFI and Submittals, Tools for managing day to day business and automation tools - and lot more. It allowed us to customize the application for our business needs. With sixty employees and 123worx custom pricing based on user needs, we are paying fraction of the cost we would pay for any other software of this caliber.

    - Office 365 is a software of choice for our business. 123worx integration with Office 365 makes it very easy to collaborate and manage business documents. This enhances the user experience and value of the software for our business.

    Negative

    Not yet integrated with QuickBooks, although they have assured that it will be integrated in the next release which will be rolled out in two months.
