A product from my personal life I recommended work work use. It's standard issue for all employees, and our secrets manager for our cloud infrastructure.

Well thought out design, security, easy for new users, easy to admin, and advanced capabilities where you need it.
Groups and shared vaults offer granular management or allow a top down support. SCIM bridge support allows automated roll out.

While i absolutely love this product, this con is likely common to any credential manager. Password autocomplete only works in web browsers and on mobile devices. If you have a use case on a desktop/Laptop that requires passwords, it may require a user to copy and paste a password.

Overall a great tool for a great price. We haven't had any issues with it thus far. We're still working on rolling it out org wide but it's been great for the teams that have been using it consistently.

As a developer I test and work at many software and it is very difficult to remember all those passwords and in this case, 1Password is a lifesaver, it saves all my passwords and fills in for me when I try to login to any password-protected software.

I have been using 1Password for almost 6 years now, I find the software to be extremely easy and user-friendly to use. I was able to save all my complex passwords in one place. The saved password is secured in 1Password from any attack of hacking.

The computer version of the software is amazing and works really well but the mobile version of the software is not as good as the computer one.

1Password allows me to set a master password for the program which stores all of my other passwords. No need to write down username/password for sites anymore since 1Password handles it all for me!

I have my password database synced with my iCloud and occasionally it will not be properly updated across all of my devices.

I'm extremely happy with the 1Password Business tool. It gives me the power to manage all of my personal and business account passwords on its platform. It helps to reduce passwords remembering complexity.

Its passwords storage and notebook option works seamlessly. The user interface is intuitive. You can also use this platform to store notes, create strong passwords and store bank information. It's a robust tool for managing passwords.

On multiple login platforms, the single click login doesn't work.

The user experience can be better, but it's still a better alternative than trying to remember all my passwords myself, or reusing passwords.

It's pretty clear it's super important to use strong unique passwords everywhere online, especially with so many breaches nowadays, and everyone and their mom forcing customers to sign up for an account. 1Password helps me keep track of all my passwords so I don't need to remember.

I didn't really like the user interface / experience all that much.

Nothing. I've been using the software for almost a year and it improves my personal and professional life by consolidating every login. The process is slow to begin as you transfer and change all of your passwords to something more secure, but the software works alongside you to offer strong alternatives every time you log in to a new platform.

The people behind 1Password are really solving real problems in our modern, digital life with the best thinkable balance between security and ease of use. For our non-profit arts organization, 1Password enables me to keep a high level of security without forcing my coworkers into convoluted login procedures. At the same time I can share and manage our sensible resources using vaults and sharing features. I'm quite unable to think of something that could be improved – and I trust that the engineers are constantly monitoring and improving the servers to secure the integrity of the data stored.

Can't really think of anything – except that having sensitive data stored online will always constitute a potential danger. And there are ways to avoid that with 1Password if one really wants to.

I use 1Password for more than 7 years now. I use it daily for my work and I don't want to miss it! When I heard they change the licensing to anual subscriptions I was angry at first. But then I though about it and I think it is a better choice to have the data secured at 1Password-systems instead of a vault in my dropbox.

with 1Password it is so easy to securely store passwords/accounts/creditcard-informations etc. in one place. The Support is great and it was so easy to change my business-subscription into a single-account. Normally the vendors didn't take care about such things or advise the users to setup a new account. It would be great to create a printable offline-backup (not only txt/csv-Export).
