To sum up my ideas, this software helps to provide faster estimates and creates the most accurate project result. all other negative issues are caused by catalog manufacturers and catalogs. sometimes vendors are not providing correct 3d shape for their items.

I can tell you this software is game changing on design industry.
it provides you instant rendering and pricing even with technical drawings.
do you want to spend days to make d designs and another week for blueprints? I design a whole kitchen project with 2020 in an hour.
you don't need to write down item list, it creates for you with full details to send it over your vendor. I don't talk about their excellent customer service. they are so helpful for every section.

Default render lightning needs to be improved. Technical layout page should have better annotation features.

Customer love the see before you buy and understand what they are buying because of the detail 2020 provides.

Really no cons other than sometimes coloring might be off.

I am frustrated with 2020. It is too expensive to cause the amount of frustration it does. I am considering switching over to another product.

I know how to use this program and when it works it does create beautiful renderings. It is a helpful tool in selling kitchens and bathroom.

Program likes to crash unexpectedly.
I don't always have an internet connection, which makes working with a "live" online program frustrating. There is no way to show a framed inset cabinet.

Overall, 2020 Design Live has been a huge upgrade in the kitchen and bath world. It has never been easier to update catalogs, work up amazing designs, have beautiful renderings/perspectives to show the clients and overall to just have fun working on! I have been on 2020 Design Live for 5 years and I would recommend it to any kitchen and bathroom designer!

Scam at trade show beware, no one ever called us back for training, lost all our investment.
Never used, they never called us.

I was sold a false promised and purchased without knowing it was a script in with no training at the beginning of Covid .. lost $1700 without even a call back , lost all my money.

You can’t love something you don’t know how to use.

I really like to use this software. They just need to update small things like render quality and maybe more cloud items options.

It is easy to make a design.
you can get render easily.
other things, you can see all details like elevation look, countertop dimensions etc.

Rendering can be more realistic.
somestimes gives too much error. The system shut down itself.
when you use cloud item, we should change their dimensions.

Been using 2020 since 1999, it is nice to see them constantly improving the software. The ease of doing everything now compared to the past, makes it so much easier and faster to generate designs.

Nice to be able to access all of the necessary catalogs at my fingertips.

Great renderings. Nice that the program can be accessed from multiple computers.

If you forget to sign out of one computer, you cannot log into another.

2020 Design software has been my everyday use for about 12 years. The expansion of the software over those years have been extraordinary. The most recent changes to the V12 and V13 have had the most impact in terms of realism and designer ease. The professionals at 2020 Spaces listen to and execute the improvement suggestions from designers like me with every new software/hotfix update they release. I could not be as successful as a virtual designer without the use of this amazing software. I am looking forward to many more years of designing with 2020.

I have been working with the 2020 Design software for almost 10 years. I learned the basics at school and the rest through practice and experience. It's really easy to use and can create amazing 3D images. Our clients are always blown away by the quality of the renderings for their various projects.

I love this software and have changed my business model to play on its strengths: design with a great client graphic experience for rendering, and pricing that makes it easier for me to sell and move more product into my marketplace.

Strong company - secure. Reachable customer service. Excellent renderings during creation for clients' experience/visualization.

Cost to operate - may be too much for small, entry-level companies and individual designers.

I do enjoy working with 2020, despite it sometimes getting on my nerves. As a whole the program is helpful and gets the job done. There are improvements that could be made to make usage more seamless and additions or updates to give users more ability to create spaces that look as realistic as some of the other design software on the market.

I like the ability to manipulate rooms to look realistic for clients. The interface is user friendly and it's easy for someone who is trying to learn it on their own.

Sometimes the glitches or lack of decorative items makes designing difficult. Elevations do not look professional and add lots of unnecessary measurements. Improving on that aspect, so that writing install notes for contractors and presenting layouts to clients looks neater would be very beneficial.

I do like this program but there definitely still bugs to be worked on for improved quality. The biggest of those bugs being the crashing of the program. I received a new computer and the program still decides to shut down on me every once in awhile.

Quality, troubleshooting, customer service and user friendly platforming are what make this product superior in the design program choices.

Glitchy sometimes, kind of slow, randomly crashes throughout creating a new design.

I like it very much and it has proven to be very stable. Try to use a powerful computer to get the full experience.

With easy render everyone can make gorgeous renders in just minutes. No more excuse to do hidden lines 😉

The learning curve is a little harder to fully use the software. Don’t under power your computer.

If you are a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer 2020 is the program for you. Your ability to create, price and 3-D render designs in unmatched. 2020 Live has been a life saver when I work remote from home and when I travel between two different offices.

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer, I use 2020 on a daily basis for pricing, item lists, as well as install plans for my contractors. I love all of the new added textures and decorative items you can add to your designs. The ability to create 3-D renders that look like real pictures is exactly what you clients are looking for.

Always innovating, they are always looking for ways to make things better. So things do change from time to time which can throw you off a little. But I will say the innovations are well worth it.

Having used this software for years. I am impressed by the custom service. I know that my questions will get answered.

I am always learning, because of this I can produce quality renderings that show actual surfaces help close more projects. Their desire to stay current, with updates, quick fixes, and user catalogs. Customer Service has always made it a priority to find the answers to my questions. They listen to the feedback to make things better. I've been impressed by their completeness in providing a superior product. I highly recommend.

The cost of the software, but that is balanced out by sold jobs.

I have had an overall positive experience with 2020 Design. You MUST have hardware that can handle the requirements, and be sure there is no bloatware for optimal results.

2020 Design Live is more stable than ever, and the EZRender rendering engine makes quick color rendering a snap.

Not updating the Drawing Layout Tool in over 10 years is a disappointment.

Whether it's a technical drawing or a realistic render, the result you receive from this software is top quality.

The 2020 Design software is incredibly useful for planning, quoting and rendering kitchen and bath designs. The program is relatively user friendly and the 2020 support team is great. The software give you the ability to produce beautiful renders and also technical drawings and details. There are also updates available often with constant improvements and upgrades.

Sadly the program occasionally crashes, if the design is very complex.
