I am very satisfied with LawPay. The accountability is important to me and to my accountant. I will continue to use LawPay

I really like the ease and convenience of using Law Pay. Not only is it easy for me to use but it allows my accountant to records payments without having to call me when there are multiple payments posted in the bank statement.

Sometimes it takes a few more days for the funds to be deposited in my account especially when the amount is large.

Overall the ease of getting paid is appreciated. My bottom line is positively impacted by the regular use of LawPay

The ease of sending QUICK BILLS to clients make the use worth it! The fact that clients will pay their Bills much faster with a credit card helps my bottom line.

We've had an excellent experience using LawPay and have found it to be one of the most reliable and user-friendly payment solutions available for law firms.

The customer support team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making it easy to resolve questions or issues quickly. The platform itself is intuitive for both our staff and our clients, which has streamlined our payment process and reduced the need for assistance.

One of the things we appreciate most is that LawPay continues to innovate. They are constantly introducing new features and enhancements that improve the overall customer experience. In addition, their frequent online training sessions and live webinars are extremely helpful for keeping firms informed about new tools and best practices.

Another standout feature is the integration with Affirm financing, which gives our clients greater flexibility when paying for legal services. This has been a valuable option for many of our clients. We also appreciate that LawPay waives the program fee, helping to keep overall costs reasonable.

The only downside we've encountered is the fee structure for eCheck transactions. While the fee is capped at $5.00, the additional 1% charge seems unnecessarily high for a payment method that involves minimal processing costs. We'd love to see LawPay eliminate this fee altogether, as doing so would make an already outstanding service even better.

It's been very easy to use and implement. It's made billing and collecting payments much easier and faster, and my clients have options to pay using e-checks, credit cards or Affinipay's loan option.

I like that you can track payments from clients and the options it gives for clients to pay. I also use Law Pay Pro, so I can keep track of my time and send bills to clients for even faster payment. I also like that they have options for trust and operating accounts, so you can keep everything separate.

There still isn't a spell check function in Law Pay Pro, so even though it will show you a misspelled word (underlined in red), there isn't a correction mechanism other than going back yourself. So, if there is a word that appears to be spelled correctly, but isn't the spelling you intended, you won't catch it.

I appreciate the occasional improvements in using the product as indicated above. As a lawyer we are a captive population for this service given the ethical restraints/prohibitions governing commingling of funds, and I am glad your service can handle this, enabling us to accept charge card transactions (which many clients call for in order to financially manage and afford legal services)

I like that the product continues to update/adapt/improve, including the new payment.charge input page.

the fees/expense/costs rate charged to use users... pretty steep. Also, strangely, in this latest iteration, one must back-page to the home screen to log off--there seems to be no direct log off link on the page where one lands after successfully entering a charge. Weird and a PITA--very inconvenient and should be easy to fix.

Very positive experience and would highly recommend LawPay to other firms. Using this program has increased our revenue and has saved our staff a lot of time that was previously wasted on billing. LawPay streamlines the payment process, making it easier to track payments, etc. It has been a game changer for our office.

Honestly, I don't really have any cons other than processing fees can be high at times but then again that would be because we had a good month.

The card vault is a lifesaver for our firm. We have the ability to run recurring payments without manually reinputting card information. The reports feature is easy to use and helps track our various accounts.

Changing a schedule doesn't always work. It will make me delete it and start a new one. I just need to change dates or amounts sometimes and it should work like that.

Overall, LawPay is great and very easy to use. I love the simplicity and search capabilities. I can see at a glance if there are outstanding unpaid invoices.

I love how easy it is to create invoices, log payments and easily see when clients have a balance. Sending invoice reminders is super easy!!! We had another program previously - it was great, but it also had a lot of features that were not needed in our small practice.

There isn't a way to transfer a cost from one client to another should one be entered into the wrong client file. They have to be deleted and re-entered.

I would love if I could transfer all my data from our previous billing software so that we have historical data.

There are some features that may take a little time to learn and become familiar with when you first start using the system.

I enjoy using it. I don't worry about sending a link or running a report. I haven't used the mobile app yet, though it could come in handy.
