Great CCaaS and UCaaS platforms!
Date: Mar 07 2021SummaryWe had a client who had a UCaaS solution that wasn't working for them, and after talking to 8x8, we decided to use them. They were so happy with them they also purchased their contact center platform.
PositiveFlexible deployment across all major operating systems (windows\Mac etc) also has 24x7 phone and chat support. Fairly easy-to-use data analytics showing how long an employee has been on the phone and how many calls have been made/received by any particular employee.
NegativeCurrently, there is no ability to automate the deployment of the user app via automation deployment tools. Speed of solving support issues. Better instructions on how to record meetings and then access the recording.
