I have used A-Systems with my last 2 companies and have been very satisfied that I am able to produce the reports needed to track my accounting requirements.

A-System is user friendly and easy to use. The customer service is really the best which make any issues not a problem because everything can be resolved quickly and easy. A-system is always improving because user comments are used by the software team for continued improvements.

There should be more reports available to create without having to pay additional it should be part of the software package.

JobView was so very much better than the (un-named) Construction Accounting software we suffered through over the past few years.

Although it's been several years, i find almost all the JobView program is so intuitive that it makes my job more productive. The ease of most corrections. Voiding almost any type of transaction. Merging accounts (customer, jobs, General Ledger)

Two or three of the procedures seem a bit convoluted. there are some restrictions in applying receipts that i find cumbersome.

Multi year updates, great customer service, tends to customer requests, software works great. The Support Contract is very reasonable. Been using JobView for over for over 30 years with great success in my accounting for Contractors, Banks, Bonding Companies, etc.

JobView provides a variety of detailed job reports, makes updating easy, and customizations abound. Integration with the accounting side that makes financial statements and WIP schedules a breeze. Annually there are many new features to enhance the performance of JobView.

Not as easy as QB's but much more secure and detailed.

We love the program and the support team. We have been using Job View for decades! I think that says it all.

The flexibility of the program to tweak to your exact business needs. Great reporting and integration of all the features.

The support team is also amazing when needed.

It would be great to have a true cloud based version.

We have been with A-Systems since 1992 and they have been amazing in keeping up with technology. They are always coming up with new updates several times a year to make the software better and they even have a users conference every year that users are invited to attend to offer up suggestions to make the software better. They have a support line that is very good and we have used it on many occasions and they have always helped us solve our problems. We have been approached by other software companies, but we have found none we like better.
We give A-Systems a grade "A" in overall performance and customer satisfaction.

GUI is amazing and you have options to change the menus.
Constantly updating with better solutions.
Users input that is actually used to better the software.
Annual users conference for A-Systems Developers to meet with end users and find better ideas to update the software.

The cost for the cloud base version of the software. We are still using the Client based software.

Super Easy to Learn, Super Value and the Best Support Ever!
This program will meet any need you have in construction accounting and make it super easy. In program, lien releases for A/P, AIA billing for A/R and certified Payroll Reports for P/R. You won't be disappointed.

Super user friendly. All modules pretty much work the same so easy to learn, best support of any program I have ever worked in for the last 31 years. The support staff will also work with getting things you think would make A-Systems better into the program at your request. If you are looking for the best all round program for construction accounting. You will get it with A-Systems JobView and extremely fair priced for the package you get.

31 years and I honestly can't say I have ever not been satisfied.

Good software, good updates, good user comments/adjustments.... needs to have PM software and HR software.... keep up with times.

Software easy to use, reliable, layout is easy to understand, good help desk, almost always get phone help when I call, keep customer up to date.

Behind the times, needs to have a pm software and paperless documentation.

I am happy with the overall product, and I believe that any issues that arise will be handled by tech support in a timely manner.

I enjoy using the product because of the robust features within A-systems. Tech support is also very helpful whenever I have an issue.

Some of the reports are hard to navigate and can cause issues whenever providing reports to accountants.

I have recommended this to many of the other contractors with whom I work. Having used QuickBooks for another entity, this is far superior for the construction industry.

Pricing for the product I find to be very reasonable.

It encompasses my entire financial outlook, including both job and non-job related work. My accountant is especially grateful for the detail and thorough nature of reporting. I use it essentially all day and it holds probably 95% of the data that I need to access in any given day. The AIA documents and job reports are invaluable.

Customizing reports can be tricky and I can't always tell if all of the data is portrayed when I try to make a new report. The posting reports could be a bit more condensed, too.

I have enjoyed using JobView for many years. JobView personnel are friendly and provide great support.
I have never had a crash of this program nor have I had to restore from a backup. Maybe lucky but it makes me happy.

Ease of use.
Great history for tracking transactions.
Bank Reconciliation module is easy to use.
Transactions cannot be undone and hidden. There is a record of every transaction once it is recorded.
Easy to move transactions and reports to spreadsheet.

Not able to click on transactions to drill down on source. Have to run a separate report.
Payables does not alert to duplicate invoice numbers.

My overall experience with A-Systems has been excellent. I worked for another company that used this service for 20+ years. When that company closed, I had several jobs over a few years. But when I went to work for another contractor, I recommended JobView for them. We were set up in April of last year and have been very happy with the software and the exceptional customer service and support.

My favorite aspect of JobView is that when you call for support, you speak to a person immediately - no waiting for ticket numbers to be issued, then a representative to call you back. You get immediate attention.
The system is user friendly, and the job cost reports are easy for our project managers to understand.

I have used several other systems during the last few years of job hopping, but this is by far the most user friendly. I have no complaints.

Software questions are accurately answered by a live person 99% of the time with a single phone call and any programming "fixes" are completed timely at no additional cost. A-Systems is easy to do business with and they thoroughly understand their software and how it fits our business.

We're a small general contractor in commercial construction. Software product is user friendly, intuitively "laid out" and efficient to use. Over the past 9 years, programmers have incorporated several enhancements customized to fit our business needs without compromising or creating confusion for other company's users. Incremental improvements and small "fixes" are regularly implemented without causing any downtime.

Job View currently does not have a construction project management module or a remote user time card/keeping system. Would be nice additions.

Everyone at A-Systems is super helpful. From providing technical assistance in the software to, sometimes even, accounting advice, the level of professionalism and service is beyond compare. The User Conferences are my absolute favorite! Getting hands on instruction and advice and being able to provide feedback and suggestion that are actually taken into account and even implemented is just phenomenal.

The level of support and reception to feedback is second to none among software products I use. Knowing help is just a quick email or phone call away puts my concerns at ease. The software itself is fairly intuitive and quite user friendly. I only wish I had more time in the day to learn what I am NOT utilizing. I know it would make my work life easier.

There are various different modules that we don't currently use, but would like to have more time in the day to learn and implement for our crew.
