To early to give an honest answer here, but the initial setup could be simpler

AMFG is a strong tool that although the lack of flexibility in certain features has made it less than perfect for our specialized needs. It can still be a useful resource with some adjustments.

The Integration with CAD Tools. We use advanced CAD software to design prosthetics, being able to upload designs directly into AMFG without reformatting or losing data has been a plus. The fact that we can errors and ensure smoother transitions between design and production is great. They provide some useful tools that we have found to improve how we manage our workflows. I love being able to create clear milestones for each phase of the prosthetic development process and assign tasks to different team members. With AMFG I can definitely see an improvement with how we are able to stay on track.

We had some challenges with initially tailoring it to some of the specific needs of prosthetic development. We have also found that some parts of the system just don’t align with our project structure, and adjusting them takes a bit of extra effort.

The core features of AMFG have proven invaluable and continue to support the growth and efficiency of our business.

In my day-to-day work life, there’s always a lot to juggle, and I can safely say that AMFG has been a huge help in keeping everything organized. The best thing for me has been the order tracking and production scheduling. I get all the info I need at a glance.

AMFG also integrates really well with some of the systems we already have in place. We use an ERP, and the way AMFG syncs with it has been great. I like almost everything about AMFG, but mostly I like how it’s helped us stay on top of traceability for our automotive parts. Also, the invoicing process could definitely use some improvement. Right now, it requires manually transferring data between separate flows for parcels, which adds unnecessary steps and takes away from the system’s efficiency.

I find when we hire new staff it takes them a while to grasp he system fully, but I must say the AMFG team are always willing to assist with whatever training materials we need.

Once we got past the setup phase it was clear that it would be the right system for us,, especially for managing our orders and tracking parts. AMFG has helped us have better efficiency and keep production consistent.
