I like that AMFG has enhanced our production and supply chain management. It has provided real-time tracking of parts and improved transparency, which has helped us meet deadlines and allocate resources more effectively.

AMFG is great for improving production efficiency and streamlining our order management processes. The ability to track parts in real-time has been incredibly helpful in ensuring we meet deadlines and keep production on track. The transparency in job costing and work plans has also improved communication between our teams. We now have a clearer picture of the resources required for each task and can allocate them accordingly. This level of visibility has helped us prioritize tasks more effectively and avoid delays in our production processes.

As a company, we don’t like that AMFG is highly sensitive to misconfigurations. Even small errors can lead to significant problems that are difficult to resolve. The setup process can also be quite complicated, requiring several steps and navigating through multiple pages to configure new machines. This adds unnecessary complexity to the process and can be frustrating for our team. Additionally, the learning curve for understanding the system’s intricacies has been steeper than expected, which has delayed our ability to fully utilize the software.

Overall, I have been able to bring back structure and better organization to the company by using AMFG. This software is amazing for keeping everything on track.

The ability to track everything once a job is open until it’s closed is an advantage. The live updates I can see on AMFG make it easy for me and my teams to manage our workloads and adjust schedules as we need to.

Although their reporting is useful, I do wish that I could customise them a bit more.

I can’t believe what a positive change AMFG has made to our business in regards of management and effectivity.

I am someone who likes to have things well organised so that I can manage them better, and AMFG meets my needs with that. Having the ability to manage all my orders and automate my outgoing quotes has meant that I can manage my business better and there are less likely to be human errors during one of the most important phases in our process.

There are a few small things here and there that we would like to see updated, but nothing that doesn’t allow us to still work effectively.

I am truly happy with AMFG, especially the integration options and the ability to create new integrations with third-party software.

I was pleasantly surprised by the range of integrations offered by AMFG and how easy it was for me to connect it to some of the software we are using, like CAD and some of our CRM tools.

There are one or two of our other software’s that do not integrate with AMFG, but it’s not a major train smash.

I personally like that AMFG provides updates on valuable features. The system has improved with time and we have definitely been seeing and feeling the difference.

I have tried and tested many systems to make our digital transformation seamless and AMFG was by far the best option for my business. One of the best features is that it allows you to connect with OEMs, suppliers, and sub-contractors for distributed, rapid, on-demand manufacturing.

The system has not presented any problems for us yet.

We have internalized AM as a small part of our company operations. Although not all departments are familiar with AM, we have recognized its potential and have invested in a few machines over the past 2 years. AMFG has provided us with the tools we need to effectively manage these AM operations.

If AM is not the main part of your company, the price of AMFG will set you back. It took us a while to rationalize the cost of the system.

There is still a lot we can learn about AMFG and can definitely use the system better. But we are happy with what we have learnt and the difference it has already made in our business. Definitely earns a thumbs up from us.

As part suppliers, AMFG’s on-demand ordering feature has been a great addition for our business. Being able to save production parameters for repeat orders reduces the time and effort we spend, and tracking production during our full process helps our business to stay organised.

We initially struggled to use the system effectively, although the AMFG team did assist us.

Our whole team loves this product. It has features unlike any other, making it a real standout. My favourite feature is the autonomous workflow.

I love the autonomous workflows that AMFG provides us. It’s so cool that I can choose from a wide range of automation workers and create unique automation recipes that suit our business needs. I have been able to share them with other users which is great because I can experiment with different automation until I find what works.

AMFG’s software is mostly reliable, but on rare occasions, bugs might cause production disruptions. But the team are quite quick to sort those out.

I like the system. It offers us all the tools we need to run production smoothly and we honestly have never found another system that matches our needs the way AMFG does. I highly recommend the system.

How easy it is to receive orders and quote for them, the way we can manage our small inventory with ease and carry out our deliveries all from one system.

Besides the cost of the system, I can honestly say that I have nothing bad to say about AMFG.

Overall I have been happy with AMFG, there are not too many times we have to contact support with minor issues.

Direct machine connectivity ensures that all parts meet the required regulatory standards and you can simplify your certification process with the system's complete traceability for thorough quality documentation.

Reporting needs to be improved for our needs. The customizable options also do not fully align with what we need as of yet.

I have seen a significant ROI since implementing AMFG. And i was happy to get to a point where we could afford AMFG and since then it has helped our business grow.

I would like to have more reporting options on certain phases of our production process, but this isn't a 'problem' really.

AMFG is well suited for the automotive industry, even if you do not have a great focus on additive manufacturing. We encountered an issue when attempting to generate a new template using HTML code, with error codes popping up.

We have been able to eliminate many different systems we were previously using by implementing AMFG. For anyone still making use of multiple systems to manage your production, I would really recommend you give AMFG a try.

The ability to manufacture spare parts on-demand, anywhere, and anytime has allowed us to streamline our operations and improve overall productivity.

We have been experiencing difficulties in finding a suitable payment gateway for some customers in smaller countries. Despite mentioning several options, most of them don’t cater to all countries. This limitation has caused inconvenience and delays in processing payments, and we urge AMFG to address this issue by expanding their available payment gateway options

Our clients are happy, and we are happy too. This is a solution that is definitely worth investing in.

From the moment a customer places an order, AMFG handles everything. It tracks every step of the production process for us so that we can keep tabs on its progress and keep our customer service slick. We no longer have to worry about where an order stands - AMFG takes control of everything. Plus, with the collaboration feature, internal and external communications can be managed easily.

We can’t think of any cons for AMFG. We are truly happy with their system.
