AMFG does offer a wide range of features useful to my company. Would highly recommend it to manufactures.

Disorganization is a particular pet peeve of mine, especially in the workplace. Luckily with AMFG, managing critical parts and ensuring they meet certain regulations, all while staying organized, is possible. It allows you to automatically reschedule failed parts, providing peace of mind that all is up to standard and operations remain on track.

I find that AMFG is not as compatible with our other systems as we thought. AMFG is aware of this and will work on strengthening their integration options since we mentioned this to them.

Our company enjoys how AMFG assists in enhancing additive manufacturing capabilities. The ability to facilitate serial additive manufacturing production has been a key factor in making data-driven decisions, especially as we are heavily invested in additive manufacturing.

To name a few, the embedded online ordering portal simplifies the quoting process which has positively changed the way we do business for our clients. We have consistent part quality with the post-processing features. The live machine-date and the historical data have given us the information we need to continuously optimize our operations.

One particular issue I have encountered is related to saving settings with the “charge taxes on shipping rates” box which is unticked. After some troubleshooting and support, the issue was rectified.

AMFG has been the best system for us to optimise our manufacturing operations. We are excited to see where its functionality takes us going forward.

Using AMFG has helped us immensely with managing our production process. The dynamic scheduling options are incredibly helpful, as they allow us to prioritise production jobs and assign work based on machine availability. We can optimize our print builds and set optimal build parameters with the integrated build preparation feature, which also allows for repeatable AM production.

AMFG’s digital inventory is one of the most useful features of the system. You can set parameters and production requirements, enabling reliable repeatability, which is especially helpful when producing large volumes of parts that all have the same structure and design.

A considerable number of our staff are not first-language English speakers and we feel that there is limited support for non-English languages, translation-wise.

I do not have a lot of time to spend on manual processes as my business is still small, so AMFG has helped eliminate that.

There are a lot of software updates the system has. We understand this is for bugs and security but they could time some of them better to not affect our production.

I run a rather large enterprise and was in dire need of software that could integrate with our business’s existing ERPs and PLMs. AMFG meets the requirements we have as it allows for automated data transfer based on logical rules. Automated data transfer through the system saves you valuable time and resources that you would not believe. After using the system for some time now, I have seen the benefits of their push data capabilities as well, as it allows you to easily access information about orders, pricing, delivery and many other sections of your process.

It’s not often, but we have had one or two cases where we wanted to set up an API integration and we need to contact support to assist us. This can be frustrating when you are on a time crunch.

AMFG will be an important tool for our future AM needs. I feel that our company have not really understood the full benefits of the system yet and I hope in time, or with more training this will change

The software has helped us internalize a few machines and build a small AM rapid prototyping function. I personally like that we can oversee incoming orders from multiple channels.

The high price of the system, poses a significant financial challenge for us to justify as we are not using the system fully at this stage. It would be great if AMFG catered for small businesses that only make use of 1 or 2 features.

Overall, jobs within our company have improved. We find it easier to solve problems with AMFG and our organization within the company has improved. The biggest benefit AMFG has for my position is that it provides a complete overview that is needed to track quality and performance.

Since my company has started using AMFG’s MES software, my job has become significantly easier and more organized. This is because you can identify and resolve problems that may arise as the software provided you with real-time status and live updates during production. As a CNC operator, I like how the system provides a complete overview of the production floor so I can track and analyze performance.

I have found external barriers when setting up automation, which can be annoying when we need them done quickly.

AMFG is a great solution for those who need reassurance that their data is safe. We are satisfied with it.

The fact that it has an array of logistics integrations. We have been able to manage our shipments without any hiccups. The system is highly secure, ensuring ITAR compliance and ITIL security standards.

We have experienced bugs within the logistics module, but they never become bigger problems than they need to be.

Although not all the features are useful to us just yet, we at least knows that they are available to us and will work well with our other operations when the time comes.

The features to standardize manufacturing processes and adapt automation parameters to various technology. Simplifies order and data entry, generate accurate job costings and providing real-time progress reports. The communication and collaboration features enable seamless coordination within our team and with our clients.

It takes a lot of time to do the training on the system. AMFG need to simplify their training options for businesses like us who don’t always have the time to complete the training.

AMFG has been a valuable tool for our expanding business. We would recommend it for any other Autonomous Manufacturing companies looking to do the same.

With more orders coming in, managing production was becoming challenging for us. We have a long list of products that are very different from each other and keeping on top of the process required for each can be challenging when dealing with multiple large orders. AMFG’s production planning, auto-scheduling and tracking features have helped us to handle our increasing demands more easily.

The speed of the system has been challenging at times, but the team does respond quickly when we report it.

The integration options that are available now may not meet all of our business needs in the future.

Planning my production line have become more streamlined, we no longer miss orders or leave our clients waiting when failed parts happen. 2. Many of the activities we must do is now automatic, like when we have to confirm if our 3D prints are correct, check materials are too many and even do orders.

The pricing is to many, but okay for what we get in the system, we just don’t use everything. 2. The setup of the system takes much time out of your days in the beginning, it would help if they had an quicker way to do setups.

The systems automation features are unlike any other I have worked with. AMFG has done a great job in building a system.

The system lacks proper support for SLDPRT file formats. We have experienced issues with trying to upload those files.

Justifying the investment in AM has been challenging for us as we have only recently realized the great potential for AM and our future business goals. We appreciate AMFG's focus on future growth, as we aim to expand our AM function and explore new applications in the coming years.

Advanced file analysis and repair tools help you to ensure the suitability of CAD files for 3D printing. The ability to track quality documentation and utilize barcode tracking for post-processing has improved our efficiency.

If you have budget restraints, AMFG may be difficult to implement if AM is not your main focus as the system can be pricey.

Some may find the system daunting, but the benefits outweigh any overwhelming feeling. AMFG provides a solution that enhances overall product quality and improves your quality assurance. It’s a great system for those who need to up their game.

I have been in the manufacturing industry for many years, more than two decades to be exact, and I must say that AMFG’s system is one of the best quality assurance tools I have ever encountered. I have not come across another system that can manage post-processing and quality assurance from a single platform the way AMFG does it. Our quality assurance process has improved significantly and continues to do so the more we make use of the system.

Some users required a bit more training than others as the system felt overwhelming for them. There is much to learn about the system that can be a drawback for those who are not fast learners of new software.

I like that the online ordering portal is user-friendly, making file upload and quote generation easy enough for our employees and clients to make use of. The system has a great serial production feature which enables us to achieve remarkable production capabilities on large orders.

As of yet we have not run into any major issues while using AMFG other than one or two bugs we encounter that were resolved quickly.
