I have been using AMFG in my company for a few years now. It's a great system that saves me and my team time and hassle. You can centralise all of your information digitally in one place and that was the biggest game-changer for me.

I can’t complain about AMFG as we have not experienced any problems yet.

There is an overall sense of trust within the system's capabilities that we can uphold our standards without the pressure of making more mistakes than we should be making.

I feel there are many pros to AMFG, but I will just mention a few of my favourites. The system has enabled us to manage post-processing and quality assurance workflows with consistent part quality due to the live machine data. The digital solution for quality documentation simplifies our certification process. The system has exceptional features that allow for complete visibility and traceability throughout the processes, from start to finish.

AMFG is well suited for the automotive industry, even if you do not have a great focus on additive manufacturing. The system caters to the need for reliable manufacturing processes and precise management for certain areas. It ensures efficient delivery, and detailed tracking, and maintains high standards of quality through continuous monitoring and analysis, facilitating ongoing enhancements.

AMFG exhibits a high level of rationality and user-friendliness, aligning closely with established norms and protocols in the automotive industry.

We encountered an issue when attempting to generate a new template using HTML code, with error codes popping up.

We have been able to eliminate many different systems we were previously using by implementing AMFG. For anyone still making use of multiple systems to manage your production, I would really recommend you give AMFG a try.

We have been experiencing difficulties in finding a suitable payment gateway for some customers in smaller countries. Despite mentioning several options, most of them don’t cater to all countries. This limitation has caused inconvenience and delays in processing payments, and we urge AMFG to address this issue by expanding their available payment gateway options

Our clients are happy, and we are happy too. This is a solution that is definitely worth investing in.

AMFG has honestly been so helpful so far. We love that it turns data into easily accessible “insights” - we’ve used this feature a lot to make changes to the production process. We can keep track of customer needs, and make sure that any important considerations are not missed. The tool to track failed versus completed production jobs is also really useful for us.

It took us some time to learn how to use some of the features, but it was definitely worth it once we did.

You can choose between on-premise or cloud setup which I found to be useful, and the team at AMFG are there to assist you throughout the whole process. This is especially useful as we felt overwhelmed at first. We only just recently implemented the system, but I can also say that the ordering portal and order management features are great for streamlining the process.

Although the promised functionality was not immediately available during our setup, the support team provided us with invaluable assistance.

My experience with AMFG’s email integration has been frustrating. Every three months, Google forces a password reset, which subsequently breaks the integration. It's a hassle that needs fixing, but I appreciate Google's security measures.

The software needs much time to learn, it very complex in many sections, but AMFG does show a big change in the business and the team.

I find myself to be a bit of a control freak. With AMFG’s ability to monitor machines in real-time and gain full visibility and process control, I have been able to identify and resolve production issues quickly and stay in control while doing so. The historic and live machine data is extremely useful for identifying bottlenecks and optimising processes. My efficiency is constantly improving as well with the feedback data loop.
