I’m happy my company is using AMFG and that we have eliminated the need for multiple tools and systems to manage different stages of our product development.

I just love how AMFG integrates with our PLM software. It makes it so much easier to manage our product lifecycles and I love that I can also easily manage other aspects of our products from design down to delivery.

The system's customisation process was very complicated for me and some of my team members at first because there are just so many features available. But the AMFG team are polite when I feel I’m asking too many questions.

Definitely worth it - we can work quickly and efficiently without worrying about making mistakes at all.

It’s almost embarrassing to admit it, but we were losing out on a lot of customers because we kept making seemingly tiny mistakes - things like pressing a 2 instead of a 3 and misquoting a job as a result. AMFG is really helpful for avoiding things like this; because everything is automated, there are fewer opportunities for us to slip up. The quotes interface is also great as all the information we need for planning is all there.

We were hesitant to start with AMFG as the system seemed pretty complex. Though it definitely has been challenging at times getting to know the software, we are learning slowly.

I thought AMFG was only for AM processes, only to find out it's for all manufacturing industries. This could be something they could make more clear.

Deep functionality, with great consideration of the overall workflow. Outstanding technical support team and onboarding staff made implementation easy. We undertook a large tendering process and the approach of AMFG to deliver value was far ahead of the competition.

Product speed is improving all the time, but this was an initial challenge. However, major investment in platform performance is making the product slicker and quicker every release.

I find AMFG has a lot to offer, perhaps too much more than what we need at this stage. Their customisation options make it easier for me to manage this. Very happy.

I won’t lie, I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to production management - I like everything to be in line all the time. AMFG is my go-to system for managing scheduling, post-processing, compliance checks, shipping…the list goes on. n. It’s satisfying to have it all under one digital system.

I find the system requires a high level of technical knowledge to operate certain parts of it, which some of my staff battle with.

Your customer service can be improved just by using the AMFG solution. Something as simple as diverse payment options can truly make a big difference to customers. I could not ask for a better support team from them either.

Initially, the promised functionality wasn’t quite ready yet when we did our setup a few years back. The initial setup also took us longer than expected, however, I will praise the team for giving us the hands-on support we needed during the process.

Our tooling and fixturing needs are diverse and ever-changing, so AMFG is great in enabling us to manage the production of intricate components effectively. The material wizard functionality ensures that every unique part undergoes the required manufacturing operations and post-processing services, allowing us to keep up with our quality and compliance

The Windows application of AMFG has been flagged as malware by my antivirus software. This raised serious concerns about the security and integrity of the software.

Since implementing AMFG, the biggest thing that we’ve noticed is that our relationship with our customers has significantly improved. We need training on some of the features as many are quite complex.

I can not tell you how many different MES software I have tried, but AMFG has been the best so far. The real-time planning and MRP options are user-friendly and so beneficial to my business. I can easily track and keep inventory levels where they need to be and see where I should be making better decisions.

The reporting features could be better for me personally.

The graphical user interface elements sometimes get cut off within the iFrame, impacting the overall visual experience and usability. Enhancements in this area would greatly improve the user-friendliness of the platform.

Keeping our 3D printing processes structured from A-Z is critical for us as we operate on a broad scale and it's easy to lose track of individual orders. Sometimes bugs in the system can cause slow rendering speeds and cause delays in our production. AMFG does fix these quickly after being reported.

The CNC space needed a system like AMFG. It can make your quoting process much smoother, resulting in faster order turnaround.

I like that it provides you with the ability to intelligently automate quote generation and guarantee efficient order turnaround to your customers. I also like that the estimates of production times and costs are precise, so you can confidently accelerate RFQ success and you are able to reduce the time from customer interest to order.

The wide range of features does justify this, but AMFG’s cost can be relatively steep for some manufacturers.
