It’s a lot easier to spot potential shortages compare to our previous system that did not offer features to manage this. I also like that I can share updates and documents directly within the platform has helped keep communication more centralized. It was a headache to previously have to dig through endless email just to find project details or updates from the team.

Response times from support could be faster. We sometimes wait longer than 24 hours for a resolution on a support query.

I've been using AMFG for about 10 months now in the automotive industry as a CNC Machinist here in the USA. This platform has really streamlined our production workflows and quality control processes. It’s super easy to keep track of post-processing jobs, manage reprints, and uphold our strict quality standards. Plus, the security features do a great job of protecting sensitive information. Overall, AMFG has helped us save time, cut down on errors, and boost efficiency in our daily operations.

The biggest downside I’ve encountered is the initial setup process, which can be a bit tricky. Configuring the machines requires multiple steps across different pages, and it’s easy to accidentally misconfigure some settings. A more straightforward, step-by-step setup guide would really help new users get onboarded more smoothly and lessen the learning curve.

I can’t believe what a positive change AMFG has made to our business in regards of management and effectivity.

I am someone who likes to have things well organised so that I can manage them better, and AMFG meets my needs with that. Having the ability to manage all my orders and automate my outgoing quotes has meant that I can manage my business better and there are less likely to be human errors during one of the most important phases in our process.

There are a few small things here and there that we would like to see updated, but nothing that doesn’t allow us to still work effectively.

I am truly happy with AMFG, especially the integration options and the ability to create new integrations with third-party software.

I was pleasantly surprised by the range of integrations offered by AMFG and how easy it was for me to connect it to some of the software we are using, like CAD and some of our CRM tools.

There are one or two of our other software’s that do not integrate with AMFG, but it’s not a major train smash.

Direct machine connectivity ensures that all parts meet the required regulatory standards and you can simplify your certification process with the system's complete traceability for thorough quality documentation.

Reporting needs to be improved for our needs. The customizable options also do not fully align with what we need as of yet.

I would like to have more reporting options on certain phases of our production process, but this isn't a 'problem' really.
