I would suggest AdRem from all companies dealing with IoT data. As a user for past 2 years i can say it's the best one in market. Their dashboard design is superb.

Best tool to analyse IoT data. We can easily able to detect and collect critical IoT data for our business purpose. We can easily analyse different data and get maximum benefit from it. Their customer service is awesome.

Nothing so far. We are happy with the tool. Whenever we face some problem we can easily connect to their service team.

This tool offers seamless implementation and management and boasts a robust network monitoring capability. It features a vast array of monitoring packs that can be automatically detected or manually added to the nodes you monitor. This gives it a competitive edge, although there are rumors that the licensing may change in the future. While we encountered some minor monitoring issues, the support team was highly responsive, providing professional and skilled assistance within the same day.

Managing the reports is challenging and they seem outdated, while the network flows are only saved for an hour which would be beneficial if they were stored for a longer duration. Occasionally, generating the reports can be somewhat complicated.

Overall it's very easy to setup and deploy. It can work and monitor all you IT infrastructure you just need to setup and deploy in your network and it will start monitoring IT infrastructure of your business.

I have been using NetCrunch since 2 years and have been using in my IT infrastructure. I discovered it when looking for a monitoring tool online and we have been together since long time. With the most recent upgrades to gGrafCrunch visualization.

To be really honest, I don't dislike many things, maybe the online interface and web interface can be improved. And also the native PC client is required for some more complex updated. Rest thing working excellently for me.

I loved NetCrunch a lot because it was not only a key platform to monitor the activity and relevant consumption of each of our virtual machines, but it also helped us identify problems in the VMWare cloud, we were able to detect all kinds of connections to our cloud from VM Ware, in addition, we were able to detect all kinds of data transfers, and many other things thanks to this connectivity. Also, NetCrunch has been a perfect platform, it integrated seamlessly with the VMWare security system, which made it even easier to set up security. I was very satisfied with this platform and how effective it was when integrating it, I loved being able to monitor my system in the cloud and being able to monitor all the virtual machines easily.

NetCrunch has provided excellent connectivity with our VMWare system. I really liked the ease with which I was able to integrate the virtual machine VMWare system, this helped me a lot to export all the data and have continuous monitoring of different VMWare virtual machines used throughout our company, the integration process and Implementation was done entirely by us and the process was easy. I also liked the excellent data recording of the virtual machine, NetCrunch allows us to correctly record all the processes that have consumed data from the network when using this virtual machine, this helps us to know all the consumption that has occurred and all the processes that were executed at an exact moment, I loved the storage system of all this information, I was able to use several virtual machines and then consult the total consumption and advanced details from VMWare, data that was collected automatically.

The integration between both resources has been quite good, we have used this integration of NetCrunch and VMWare for more than 2 years and it has never given us problems, I have no complaints about the service provided for the inspection and monitoring of the virtual machine, it was excellent.

NetCrunch helps us to effectively monitor our networks. We can easily able to monitor IP addresses which helps us to reduce security risk. Diagnostic tools are well organized and easy to use.

It is an outstanding tool to monitor networks. I have been using NetCrunch for sometime now and i have not faced any issue.

We use AdRem NetCrunch to monitor our network and devices every day. The notification is good to know when a node is down or something goes wrong.

Some features are missing, for examples:
- Database purge
- Not all MIBs are present, sometime we need to upload a specific MIB for known brand.
- possibility to add new Logo and pictogram

It is a powerful weapon that has given us the necessary instructions to act appropriately, allows us to monitor, detect and control any type of problem that may arise in any of our devices, and gives us the possibility of being preventive in the event of any type of problem that may arise. It has high capacity and has erased any type of limiting connection.

AdRem has brought me a concurrent benefit for our company, mainly to execute automated analysis, to detect failures in the networks that we use on a daily basis and also to have a constant monitoring of the behavior of the networks. AdRem was a piece of software that took about 1 week to allow us to fully adapt, it took us 1 week to understand how the platform worked, however after that first week everything else was consistent results, this platform allowed us to run remote connections using addresses IP, clean network cache, configure DNS and have extensive configuration of incoming connections and data flow.

All around our company, we have only Windows OS computers, and this platform has given us complete access using Windows, we have been able to access advanced details about all the networks connected to all of our computers due to the great accessibility and integration that you have with Windows, I loved that. One of the points that most caught my attention about this platform is that it allowed me to completely modify the user interface, it allowed me to add various customizable templates, where I could insert each of the things I needed for network monitoring and management and Bandwidth management, I was able to add various Widgets, shortcuts, real-time graphs of network behavior and much more. I loved being able to modify the main user panel. I also liked the excellent system of restrictions and security that NetCrunch has, it allowed me to block specific IP addresses, it allowed me to limit the number of recurring connections to each network and many other things.

NetCrunch cannot be handled by someone who does not have knowledge of IT and computer engineering, it is a very complex software to use and customize, the main panel is a bit complicated to use and anyone who does not have previous experience in the IT sector, you will not be able to use this platform correctly. The negative point that stands out is that this platform is not easy to use at all.

This software has been the perfect solution so that we can establish weekly monitoring of the structure of our networks, thanks to this platform we have been able to verify the health and connection status of our routers, in our company we have more than 20 routers in operation to correctly distribute the internet to each of our offices, that is why this platform has become a perfect solution for us, we do not have to verify each router individually, this platform offers us an extremely complete panel that allows us to know in-depth details of each network. Currently, NetCrunch has met all my expectations, we have been able to decrease the PL of each network, we have been able to improve the General Wifi connection, in addition, we have been able to save time in checking each router.

I loved this platform because it allowed me to quickly detect and fix lost packets on my connections, the PL on each IP connection was easy to detect, which helped to progressively improve overall connections. The integration of several routers in the same ecosystem was also quite positive, this helped us to have an exact visualization of the behavior of the routers that we use for our daily work, just by accessing the main NetCrunch panel, we have been able to visualize the status of health of each router and the status of each multiple device connection. The remote connection offered by NetCrunch was very good, being directly connected to each router, we have been able to access each computer without using any third-party program.

The compatibility difference is quite remarkable, we have several computers with Linux OS and we could not integrate NetCrunch with that operating system, since the integration was more complex and it took us a lot of time to carry out that process, currently we only use NetCrunch with our computers with MacOS . In addition, NetCrunch's prices are also another of the negative points, they are not affordable prices for the user, therefore, if you are looking to implement this platform in a small company, you will have problems to have a good ROI due to the high cost of this platform.
