Although it is a very robust platform, the advanced editing tools can be complex to use for less experienced users.

I have chosen Adobe Acrobat as the default software for handling my pdf, either for reading, for editing and for digital signatures. Without this software I can clearly read PDFs through other platforms such as browsers that most currently have an offline pdf reader, however not much I can do more than just read, highlight and in some browsers leave comments, plus zoom pdfs in browsers don't give me text quality when zoomed in too closely.

This software has a great impact on me and within my work environment since it increases productivity because I am constantly handling documents on a daily basis and several times I have had to make corrections directly to the pdf file without converting to the original format of the document, if a page is wrongly oriented I simply open Adobe Acrobat and adjust it, if I have to send comments to my work team about corrections then I simply do them within Adobe and they will automatically be sent to all the members of my work team who are collaborating with me within Creative Cloud.

* The most practical and easy thing that Adobe Acrobat can have is the ease with which pdfs can be edited in this software, it is even more compatible when going from PDF to Word or some other document without so much loss or so many problems with some elements of documents. I can say that despite the competition it currently has with various pdf editors such as Foxit or Nitro, the one with the most compatibility when it comes to converting PDFs to another type of format for any document, Adobe does its job well. In addition, it becomes very intuitive to be able to edit pdf since no knowledge is required, everything is in sight and very easy to understand what each of its tools is for.

* I can without a doubt be able to use Adobe Acrobat completely from my phone without having to access my computer, this speeds up the process when I want to read pdf instantly without going to the PC and also be able to make modifications without any limitation. It really surprised me that most of the features of Adobe Acrobat for desktop are also available for mobile phones, Adobe usually releases trimmed versions of its software for mobile phones regardless of how powerful the computer is. So, I would like that just as they made it possible to include almost all of Adobe Acrobat for desktop on mobile phones, they also do it with the other applications.

* You can create pdf documents that have full compatibility with word, office and excel, this gives better results than going from a pdf that was already in word before, I say it's better because sometimes Microsoft implements new functions to its Office packages which Acrobat doesn't count on, so creating documents directly from Adobe can have a huge compatibility advantage.

* The fonts have problems sometimes when I want to change them because Adobe Acrobat shows incorrect characters even having the original font of the pdf document before being transformed. Sometimes it is solved by restarting the software but that is not enough, and I simply try to find the original document and change the source from there to not complicate myself so much. Adobe does not have recent knowledge with the handling of PDFs, and I do not understand that despite years it has this same problem, could it be that certain fonts are not compatible with this software? Or is there something else causing problems with some fonts when editing a pdf.

* I also have another problem when editing a pdf document, is when I add images to the document. It takes a long time to appear and sometimes it hangs having to wait because otherwise Adobe closes. This happens mostly when the documents are large, so I have to be patient when editing within Adobe Acrobat, so I don't start over when I cause it to crash. In documents with many pages this does not happen, it does hang a bit, but it doesn't take long when the image is already reflected within my document, so I suppose it is a performance problem when processing many pages.

* The extra breaks that are added when a text is manually copied from a pdf to Word are really annoying, this happens quite frequently, regardless of whether it is a plain text without any editing, once the text is copied and passed to any text editor this will have page balances. * It can be expensive if purchased individually, so you have to determine this before making the purchase since it can be cheaper paying a subscription as a company which can be up to almost half for only three licenses, that is an advantage but if it is about individual people the monthly payment can be a bit expensive. It would be nice if you could pay permanently as it was done in the past, where you didn't worry about the monthly payment, but everything was a single payment and that's it, you already had Acrobat for an unlimited time. For this reason, I recommend acquiring Acrobat as a company if there are several people who are going to use this software to manage pdf documents.

Not as such to dislike, subscription cost can be lower, 1200 Rs per month is on the costlier side.

I honestly can't understand why both the desktop app and the mobile app tend to freeze when the documents are very informational point I can usually understand when the text is in edit mode as this could cause a lot of load of RAM memory, however it should not accept in reading mode since for my understanding only the text that is being viewed within the window should be rendered and not all the text of the entire document. So I would like it to have a performance boost for both mobile and Windows app because this doesn't happen when I open a large PDF with any Chromium based browser.

Easy to use PDF viewer. It integrates well with DocuSign and I can copy information over to other platforms as needed without having to type everything in.

I really like when I first open up the application it shows the recent PDF file I had open; this helps me find a file a lot quicker than finding the file in a subfolder.

I wish some of the features weren't under trial periods or where I had to pay for them.

Worked for many years but stopped working about 2 years ago. Unable to get it to print on my Dell computers anymore and unable to get any of the online suggestions to work. No one to help with solving this issue as you can see on their Community page where these issues have been going on since 2016!
Looking for replacement software now for PDF files. No support here!

5- I also liked the printing system that this platform gave me, since I needed it, it allowed me to modify the quality of the printing, it allows me to modify the angles and the measurement of the printing and many other things, which made it have a very complete of each PDF document.

Regarding the negative characteristics that I must mention about this platform, it is important to highlight that I have not had any type of problem, currently this platform has allowed us to develop any type of edition of PDF files, in addition, this platform has also allowed us to we can have a complete reading of any PDF file, it has a zoom tool that allows you to view all the content more closely, In addition, it also allows you to highlight any type of content, allows you to save the reading progress of any PDF document and many other tools that allow a complete reading. I consider that this platform has not provided me with any type of negative factor that is necessary to mention.

Overall a useful PDF tool that offers more functionality that the standard PDF viewer on my MacBook, though is a bit costly and you have to pay for the license for the year.

It's a really nice, clean, platform that's great for reading PDFs, but if you need to edit a pdf, like fill out a form, you'll either have to pay or use something else.

Frequent updates and tools makes it the benchmark standard for reading PDFs, so much so that it's almost all I use.

On the whole it's great for reading PDFs, you can't edit with the free version. Wish you could do some simple edits like filling out forms or adding a signature.
