The customer service is also good and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some drawbacks such as limited customization options and no on-premise installation.

    Integrates with popular CRM and project management software and has very Affordable pricing along with Easy setup and no contracts or setup fees.

    Negative

    Limited customization options and limited support for international numbers, I do think needs to be improved.

    Aircall provides cloud based phone system. Accessible by both desktop and mobile app. Free travel packages available. Seamlessly integrates. Pretty easy to understand and use. Simple interface. Works very well as we can take or make calls anytime anywhere. Easy to download and setup. Recognise international dial codes as well.

    It makes everyone's life easy. Good software. Easy to understand and use. No cons.
