    Competitors? They Don’t Even Come Close
    Before Squaretalk, I tried platforms like Commpeak and Coperato.
    And to be blunt — they’re not even in the same orbit.
    Commpeak felt clunky and lacked the smooth workflow I rely on. Support from Commpeak was non existent.
    Coperato had features, sure, but none of the refinement, intuitiveness, or reliability that Squaretalk delivers daily. And Coperato steals our data.
    Both platforms function, but compared to Squaretalk, they feel like older-generation tools.
    Squaretalk is simply miles ahead — in usability, performance, flexibility, and most importantly, support.

    Service Comfortable, also to manage it. It's very easy. even to Replace DID. Purchase new DIDs. also Setup and monitor Calls and System also,
    I could say its quite comfortable as for back office side and also for agent side. Only thing is that we would like to improve is to somehow integrate Spam checker for German DID's.

    A good thing to have option to purchase German Mobile DID or
    Even to Setup Tire3 German numbers. I mean To make Call from German country Number to clients - Instead of Austrian, as you proposed previously.

From the moment of our trial period and the support from Alex (his help and assistance during that time) up until now. For this, I would like to separately express my gratitude and appreciation to our account manager Martin — for his understanding (of the important processes for our company) and professionalism. He can always find a solution or offer an alternative to our questions, he understands the requests and importance of his clients, while always being attentive and open to dialogue. Working with people like him is a real pleasure, and it shows the high level of service.

    During our cooperation, there were certain difficulties with some products (Matrix). I would like to separately note the work of the SQ tech team — thanks to Martin’s openness and professionalism, who was able to convey the importance to his team and improve their product.
