We have seen several companies who provide the same services as Squaretalk but the difference you will find here is that Squaretalk in it's platform provides transparency, and all configurations from IT part are very easy to catch on and understand. Speaking from our experience with Squaretalk the biggest asset that Squaretalk has is the team which from what is seen they are working everyday to provide better service and here i want to mention the best CSM i have ever had the pleasure working with, Dary which has helped us every step of the way to onboard and have our systems active and working, we give our many thanks to her for all the support provided.
PositiveWhat we like from Squaretalk is the quality of the calls, the transparency in system and that we have been using Squaretalk for quite some time now and we have not had any issues regarding calls, systems etc.

PositiveThe system is super well built to provide the user with as many options as possible. Everything is on the user's hands so you can decide for yourself how to configure your own system as it is very customizable. Has many tools such as Spamchecker, Autodialer and many many more.
NegativeSometimes there might be tough times with the outbound routes as the calls may not go through due to some small issues that might incur, and even though the support's response time is very great and quick, some issues must be passed to another department which can deal with them, which might require until the next day to be finalized as a process. This might happen only for me as my working hours are a little bit late and there isn't much assistance to be offered for issues at this time.

PositiveWe have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.
NegativeI don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.
