Date: Jan 15 2023SummaryThanks to Amplitude, we have been able to see the improvement of our analytics and see them change over the time that we have been using it, it is an incredible and powerful software with the capacity to change the movement of a campaign if it is not in the right path, and show us the right way in order to improve our performance in different areas of our business, it has helped us create meaningful campaigns and get insights in real time on how they are doing. With Amplitude, the general experience has been more than wonderful, and it has had a big impact in the way we create things now, it is always done with customers in mind, and what they like best, this way, we are able to generate better engagement. It has also saved us so much time thanks to their great technology and intelligence, it provides faster insights and reports.
PositiveWith Amplitude, I like that it is a software that is capable to bring out all the possible analytics about the products. It has many different settings and options for analytics and it is possible to get insights in different depths, I like the tool to analyze behavior as it interacts with many aspects to come to a conclusion, such as clicks, views, and more, it goes beyond the basic things and it gains insights that allow us to know which are our most important customers, the demographic and what we can do to improve and increase our leads. Additionally, with Amplitude, I like that we are able to study and measure the engagement of our customers, knowing which customers are more loyal and are happy with our products, knowing exactly the way they interact with us and figure out what aspects of our products or social media is driving down engagement, or driving it up. Amplitude is an innovative, intuitive software that provides good graphs in real time and it is totally customizable thanks to the technology that powers it, it is a software with a lot of intelligence that allows the user to build a set of rules and next steps once the insights have been delivered, in order to start improving the areas that are lacking, it helps optimize the customer engagement and provide the needed help to understand what is going on behind the scenes.
NegativeWhat I do not like about Amplitude is the way that the software feels like the first times, it is an incredible software but it lacks the needed and important guides in order to learn be able to fully implement it in a short amount of time. In order to implement it, we needed a lot of help in order to figure out how the software can be used at its most capacity, thankfully, the support was incredibly helpful and was able to attend our questions in a timely manner, and we were able to set everything up. But when it comes to self-assistance, Amplitude does not have this tool implemented very well.
