    Apideck has been a great solution for our integration layer. The developer experience is smooth, and the team is unusually responsive. It feels like a true partnership. We’ve seen continuous improvements and feel confident that our feedback contributes to the roadmap. It’s rare to find this kind of support and transparency in a platform provider.

    Positive

    - Fast and straightforward implementation; our engineer got it running quickly and mentioned how smooth the setup process was.
    - The dashboard with full logging is a big win. It gives us great visibility and helps us debug or monitor integration issues easily.
    - What really stands out is the team: we’ve had a direct line to the CEO and felt that they genuinely care. They’ve been very open to feedback and actively working with us on connector improvements.

    Negative

    Some connectors (e.g., for HRIS systems) are still missing a few endpoints we’d like to see. That said, the team is transparent about it and open to prioritizing additions based on our needs.
