0 Customer Service, Avoid this App
Date: Dec 29 2023SummaryAppFolio is the least effective, least customer-friendly app I've ever seen. They are trying to avoid all accountability and make the support process impossible.
PositiveThis app has absolutely no pros.
NegativeAfter several hours of trying to get service, I have given up. Every one of their phone lines end at a voicemail - there is no way to get anyone on the line to actually help. They direct you to speak to your property manager for any and all problems, yet property managers do not have access to tenant payments. They tell you to dispute charges with your credit card company, yet they do not have the rights to dispute the charge without hearing from the company itself.
