    Investors Beware - Potential Fraud/Scam

    Summary

    This is not a company of integrity. After verifying me as a user, I have been trying to withdraw funds now for the last 3 weeks. After acknowledging receipt of the required 15% fee (separate payment - they will not just take it off of the withdrawal amount), they sent me notice that the withdrawal request was approved and money should show up in my bank account, which it did not. After contacting them, they then said the fee was now 25% and after I send them another 10%, they would release the funds to my account. I did not send them any additional fee because the 15% fee was the agreed-to amount in writing (by the way, these are things that happen to you during the withdrawal process, not things documented upfront). They then canceled my withdrawal request and my arbismart account showed this in Transaction History with my account balance updated showing the funds back in my arbismart account (i.e., funds never went into my bank account - they canceled the request). OK. Then, I requested that my 15% fee that I paid also be refunded back to my BTC wallet address that I provided the fee from since they canceled my withdrawal request. Still have not heard back from them so they: 1) still have not refunded my withdrawal fee when they canceled my withdrawal request, and 2) dishonestly requested an additional fee after approving the original fee amount blocking me from obtaining funds in my account. This company is quick to take your money but withdrawing it? Well, it has not happened yet.
