Before we implemented this software, we juggled multiple tools to manage our operations.Now, with this new software, all that is required is available at the click of a button. In my opinion, the best part is the scheduling tools. I can schedule the work based on the size of the job, where it is located, or how quickly it needs to be done. This ensures that our resources are fully utilized. Additionally, the app works offline in areas without cellphone coverage, which has been a game changer for our crews out in the field. All work done while offline is stored on the device and once coverage is available, there is no hassle with the phone automatically syncing the information.

The biggest challenge came from one of the older systems that we had data stored in that had to be synced with the new system. The team was great and helped overcome those hurdles, but it was at times frustrating when the data didn't sync correctly.

ArboStar has completely transformed how we manage our business. The time-saving alone has been a game changer, and the added benefits of automation have made our operations more efficient than ever. I can't imagine going back to how we did things before. Highly recommend!

ArboStar is a powerhouse for streamlining all aspects of our business. It’s packed with features that handle everything from job scheduling to invoicing and even GPS tracking for our team. The platform's ability to consolidate everything into one place has saved us countless hours, making us way more productive. The customer support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes a huge difference when we have questions.

It took a little time to train the team fully, but considering how many features are packed in, it's totally understandable. The learning curve is there, but once you get the hang of it, the system is incredibly intuitive.

This platform makes employee management so much easier. I can see the reasons why employees were absent or late, deal with HR issues, and manage all user roles from an easy to use menu. Great product.

ArboStar allows me to see a list of employees and track payroll, absences, complaints, and any other issues that may arise. I can view individual employees or a macro view of how the workers are doing overall.

Nothing to complain about. The app does exactly what it needs to, at least the features I've used on it.

Very useful app that allows me to do my job effectively and see where all the equipment is at any given time. So much better than the old way of doing things.

Easy to communicate information across employees and clients, view what needs to be done, and get to doing it. GPS features, live map, equipment tracking, etc. Tons of useful ways to use the app.

Not really a con, but the interface looked different to me on my Windows tablet versus my phone, but I realized that was just a difference between the two operating systems.

In the ways in which I've used the app, I'd highly recommend it. I haven't checked out all the features (there's a lot of them), but the ones I have used have proved to be very useful.

I love the auto-estimate feature and the ability to quickly turn estimates into work orders. I also really find the GPS photo-tagging ability to be very convenient. Instead of trying to describe trees and locations, I can snap a photo, and it's tagged by its location so there's no confusion for the workers.

I had an initial issue on mobile, but I contacted the customer service team and they responded prompt and accurately, solving my issue. So really no complaints here.

Our company as a whole has seen tremendous growth since we switched to ArboStar. I'm just part of that process, but this app seems to be working for everyone in my company. Would definitely recommend.

I can sort tasks by priority, by job size, or by proximity, allowing me to manage projects easily and effectively to keep everyone happy. It's feature-rich, intuitive, and just makes things easier and more effective. I can get twice as much done with ArboStar than I could without it.

No cons to report of yet. Will update if anything comes up.

This platform is great for automating tasks and managing all aspects of my business. It has absolutely changed the way I run things. The customer service team is also incredibly responsive if any issues or questions arise.

It took a while to train the team on the ins and outs of all of the various aspects. But this isn't necessarily a bad thing, as there's so many features, but they all play their part in ultimately making things run more smoothly and efficiently.

The rollout was excellent. We got a live demonstration with the ability to ask as many questions as we wanted. We trained the employees and now our entire business uses ArboStar. Couldn't recommend this platform more.

Tons of modules to help you save money and realize weak and strong points in your business, as well as dozens of tools to allow you to make the changes that are revealed. This is many apps rolled into one, specifically for the tree care industry.

I love the varied modules offered on the platform. There's so much value here that it's hard to say no to a product like this. Also works on all my devices and syncs to all my workers.

Because there's so many modules, each with their own functions, it can take a while to digest everything here. Still, the more time you put into learning it, the better the platform gets.

Would I go back to how I used to do things? I couldn't dream of it. That alone, for me anyway, says it all.

This platform is absolutely phenomenal at automating tasks. That alone has been a game changer, but that's 1% of what this app offers. There's not enough space on this form to detail even a fraction of its features. If you want a true "do it all" app, this is it.

ArboStar makes my life easy. I can see what all my teams are doing at any time via GPS, plan new jobs and mark old ones completed (with automated follow-ups for maximum returning customers).

I love that I can leave notes for individual team members and track everyone's progress and see where we can re-organize team members or equipment to get the job done faster.

In order for my project management to be efficient, I need everyone on my team to use ArboStar and be responsive with communication and entering progress. So this can take a few meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page.

I'm glad we started using this software. Very good! I highly recommend this system. ArboStar rules!

I show up to the jobsite and I can see a satellite view of the site, with everything I need to do marked on it. I can see hazards and things to take note of, like hornet's nests, and can see at a glance exactly which tree needs what done to it.

It took me a bit of time to get used to pulling out my phone on site to use the app, but trust me, it saves you time and hassle when you get used to it!

I can only speak from my own uses of the app, which is just a small portion of what the app does, apparently. But for my job, it reduces errors, and makes things run like clockwork. Go ArboStar!

I'll just make this simple: ArboStar makes my job a lot easier. I show up to the jobsite knowing exactly what equipment I'll need, I check the photos that are noted and marked by GPS so it's completely impossible to pick the wrong tree. This app is great.

Old habits die hard, so at first I felt like I was fine doing things the old way. But I can be a bit stubborn like that, and after I finally gave in, I was impressed from the get go. So the only con I can really think of is you gotta add in something to your work process, but it saves you so much time per jobsite that it's definitely worth it.

Switched over to ArboStar three months ago, and we've already seen results. If you aren't using tech like this in the arborist industry, you're missing out, in my opinion anyway.

So many features packed into one platform. Dozens of modules for virtually every aspect of my company. Easy onboarding with great training and customer support from ArboStar. Intuitive design. Fantastic automation. What more can I say?

Providing customer support is my job, and this app helps me do that a lot easier and more efficiently than before. But our whole team uses ArboStar, and there seems to be features for every team member, but I can only comment on the features I've used.

ArboStar has been very helpful at dealing with clients. It comes with an advanced ticketing system, automated SMS and email messages, and the ability to track issues by priority or convenience. Makes my job a lot easier.

Had a couple of quirks (our company got on early), but the ArboStar team sorted them out very quickly.

Top-notch implementation. The onboarding process was efficient and professional. They got us set up and showed us how to use the app, and what it could do for our company. And so far, it's living up to that promise!

Very easy process to create client profiles and jobs. Organizes everything into an easy-to-see list that can be sorted based on priority, proximity, etc. Automates so much of the core workflow.

Nothing to note. In my experience with the platform, even minor bugs did not arise.

This app makes estimating a breeze. I can't comment on the other features it has, but for estimators, ArboStar is the way to go.

Allows for quick and easy estimates, fast communication between me and the office, and intuitive navigation and learning.

Certain features didn't work on my old iPhone, but honestly the phone was almost a decade old so it was time for an upgrade anyway.

ArboStar lets me get my job done faster and with less hassle. Ultimately, it saves me time, but maybe more importantly, it saves me stress. I don't have to worry if the equipment is available, or if we're working on the right tree, or where the team is at any given time. Those things alone make the app worth it.

Works on my tablet and phone and does the job on both. The app has exactly what I need it to have. Live map, fleet management tools, geo-tagged trees, you name it. A really cool product.

Had an initial bug on the certain version of iOS I was using, but the customer service team was quick to address it. Other than that, there haven't been any issues at all.

ArboStar is a dream to use, and is so much better than what our company was doing before (don't ask, it was a nightmare). Here, every employee has a distinct file that lists everything about them, and everything is tracked and taken care of automatically. Best of all, this is all apart of the ArboStar app, which means no switching programs when I need to deal with an HR incident or just keep track of attendance.

Easy to use, lots of features, integrated with so many other features. Just streamlines what I have to do each day, to be honest.

I don't have a bad word to say about this app so far.
