I highly recommend this system to anyone in the tree care industry. This software makes job easier and more efficient.

I've used ArboStar for over a year now. It really has become the lifeblood of how we do business. It is incredibly feature-rich and includes a plethora of modules, from accounting to estimating to analytics to customer service, the list goes on.

Nothing major. Over the past year, if I encountered a bug, I'd reach out and the customer service team would address it promptly. And none of the bugs were anything major, anyway.

Makes dealing with customer issues a breeze. The ticketing system keeps everything orderly and convenient, and can be sorted to suit your needs, as can everything else.

Dozens of sorting fields for client information. Incredibly easy to enter info on clients and search that info and deal with any issues that may arise. Very versatile and works on my phone and tablet.

Many modules is a good thing, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at first. But I stick to what I need to know and branch out as I feel comfortable, and that process has been working for me so far.

Get this app if you run a tree-care business. You'll thank me later.I highly recommend this system.

I love that I can see an at-a -glance view of how my business is doing over the day, week, month, quarter, or year. I can get sales reports, create estimates, auto-send invoices… the list of features is virtually endless.

Not a negative thing, but with so many features, the learning curve can be a bit steep. It's easy to do the basic things, but if you want to master everything ArboStar has to offer, it's going to take some getting used to.

Makes my job easier, and leaves the customers happy. What is not to love?

Makes on-site estimating simple. The price of each tool, man hour rate, vehicles, etc. can all be chosen ahead of time, and then you can just select what the job requires and it'll add it all up for you right then and there. Not only does this produce accurate estimates but it allows me to tell the client immediately what the situation is.

Took a bit of time to get used to how the app works, but I don't think ArboStar could have made it any easier, honestly. I'm just a bit slow with phones.

Great platform. It lets me show up to any prospective leads, talk to the homeowner, and after investigating the property I simply type things like job size and type, equipment needed, etc., and the app gives me a fully calculated estimate right then and there. No guesswork required. Man-hour-rates, equipment fees, and all that were entered in when we got the app, and now it's just a matter of checking boxes for every job. Of course, we can add or subtract prices as we see fit, as well.

Makes my life easy. I can get more estimates done per day, instead of trying to remember and calculate the cost of a 2-man, 3-day job, plus equipment and taxes.

The initial prices do need to be imputed ahead of time, which only makes sense, and after that you're good to go for however many estimates your company needs. So I don't know if spending a bit of time at the start to save hundreds of hours of time in the future is a con, but it's all I can think of.

Honestly, I'm always hesitant about changing the way I run things. I inherited my business from my dad and we've always done things a certain way. But I kept hearing about CRMs and these apps and how great they were. Anyway, fast-forward and I'm in a call with an ArboStar rep who's giving me a free demo of all the features. The presenter was clear and was patient with my questions, and, well, now I'm a customer of ArboStar.

This app has so many features it's hard to know where to begin. Basically think of all the mental notes you keep in your head, all the many apps you use each day, all the spreadsheets you have to update, all the emails you have to send out, just think of everything. Now imagine all of that being handled under ONE platform. That's what ArboStar is for me. It really is as advertised an "all-in-one" package.

Ironically, the pros are also the cons. I haven't counted, but this thing must have 20 or more modules. From estimates, to inventory, to invoicing, to automated client follow-ups, to in-company communication, to payroll… I can't even name it all. So it's a lot to get used to, but you can take it one step at a time and it's all quite intuitive. Thankfully ArboStar lets me call them for no charge whenever I can't quite figure something out.

I'd recommend this app. ArboStar is a very good app. Makes the work easier and is just an overall help.

This app has made my workday a lot more straightforward. I punch in when I start working, and can see a live map of exactly what jobsite I'm working on, including a birds-eye satellite view with all the trees marked ahead of time by the estimator. I can also use the app to communicate via the app if I need anything from the office.

Took me a bit to get used to. Our company previously didn't use any software like this, but after a few weeks it feels like second nature now.

An extremely useful and thorough app that works from both mobile and PC. Report generation and data entry are quick and intuitive. If you're an arborist business, this software is definitely worth it.

Very helpful analytics and report creation is a breeze. Very effective modules for dealing with invoices and data entry.

A bit of a learning curve, but nothing compared to other more confusing software I've used in the past. There's an adjustment period like any software, but this one is quite brief.

Useful for a variety of project management tasks and goal-setting. Helps coordinate the team and keep everyone on the same page. Instant access to where each team is, fleet availability, equipment condition, etc.

Took a little while to train certain employees on the app usage, but this is true of any new tech.

Fielding messages is very easy, as is scheduling messages and dealing with internal issues. The tools available are second to none, and it has saved me so much time over our old system.

It was a bit of a process to switch our system over to a new platform, but I'm personally glad we did. This platform is specifically geared toward the arborist industry, so it just makes sense for us to use dedicated software that's specific to our niche.

A catch-all business management platform that's specifically designed for arborist companies. Definitely one of the most useful apps I've used for work.

Very helpful to our financial reporting and record keeping. The financial side of the app, which is only one facet of what the platform offers, is like an industry-specific QuickBooks, and also supports QuickBooks integration (and a bunch more) if that's what you need. Very helpful.

I don't have anything bad to say about the app.

I find myself primarily centered around only a few of the apps discrete modules, but there are also countless other modules at use by others in our company. So this really seems like a catch-all app with a multitude of uses.

One of my favorite features is the ability to get a full picture of the estimate without leaving the site. I can make them as detailed as I want, including the necessary equipment, number of people on the team, estimated hours, other expenses, you name it. And there's even an auto-estimator function to help take all these things into account. And it all works right from my phone.

I really don't have anything bad to say about the app. It has been incredibly helpful for my day-to-day work.

ArboStar has been a definite benefit to my business. I especially love the productivity pulse that gives me a quick overview of how my business is doing.

I love how easy it is to create client profiles and add all the necessary details into them. This allows me to see all my clients at once, who has paid what, and what jobs are still waiting to be completed.

There are some features available on the desktop version that aren't yet available on mobile, though they are apparently being added. These features are mostly analytics and reports, so they aren't usually something you'd need on-the-go anyway, though.

This software is a lifesaver and ensures that you are able to serve more customers. It increases productivity and saves time.

I have fallen in love with ArboStar’s ability to automate repetitive tasks. Lots of the tasks in my workflow have been automated, and now I have time to do other high priority activities. The ArboStar platform helped to automate tasks such as creating estimates and work orders.

ArboStar is very user-friendly and customizable to fit my business. Their customer service team is quite impressive and they go out of their way to assist you with any questions you may have and are willing to take suggestions from end-users. This really helps make the software even better.

Well, the one thing I would love to see on the platform is an advanced search option. That would make things a bit more convenient, so I hope they add something like that in the future.

There are so many things I enjoy about ArboStar and it is hard to name just one. ArboStar listens to customers. I have witnessed some of my suggestions become a reality. I love the tasks module where you can keep track of all your tasks. It even gives you a live view of the tasks on the map. This is an invaluable feature in this day & age.

It was a little bit pricy for our company at the start.

We had always had a hard time managing our fieldworkers’ schedules, keeping track of customers, and sending out invoices. Now that we're using ArboStar, all that has changed. Our workflow is much more organized and we're seeing an increase in income. We are able to manage a lot more details now and we're able to focus on providing excellent customer service and actually running our business instead of being worried about constantly falling behind.

ArboStar helps automate a lot of repetitive tasks in the business process and there's no more double entry since it syncs with Quickbooks! Honestly, it's a tool that every arborist business should use. If you own a tree care company and want to make your life a heck of a lot easier, give it a try.

I had a little trouble at the start trying to adapt to the software, but their customer service did a great job at helping me adapt. I think I'm just not that great at picking up new technology.
