Won't cancel subscription even if you've cancelled it already

I'm currently in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company. This experience is simply not worth the effort. My advice: AVOID using altogether!

Caution: Cancelling the trial can be quite challenging! I had to attempt cancellation multiple times before receiving confirmation. Oddly, I was still charged $41!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Artsyy in hopes of preventing anyone else from falling victim to their poor business practices. After signing up for a seven-day trial, I was charged 49 before the trial period ended, and I was unable to cancel my subscription due to technical glitches on their website.

After reaching out to their customer service team, I was informed that the charge was non-refundable according to their policy, despite it being an unauthorized charge. I was also disappointed with the unprofessional and unsupportive nature of their response.

I have since found many negative reviews online about their practices, and I urge you all to be cautious before using their services. It's essential to research and read reviews before committing to any online service, and Artsyy is a prime example of why.

Say Away! They say you must pay until the day you die to have rights to use the artwork generated. SCAM!

Generates art and has reasonable features. Their billing and cancelling process has terrible reviews.

When you go to cancel, they state that you loose all right to any artwork created while you had an account. Totally wrong. They should not try to keep you from you using artwork you legally created on the platform. They don't tell you this up front, just try and scare you into not cancelling.

Basically they are saying you will pay them until you die to use the artwork.

It requests users to get access with a bank account but does not provide easy access to cancel which costs time and money if not sanctified with the functionality and service.

I was really disappointed with every output and I made many attempts during my free trial, nothing positive to say, nothing more to add here.

I paid for the trial, and believe that they should give a free trial even just for a day considering that the output of their AI images is terrible. I tried so many different options to get somewhat close to what I needed without much success. I found a different tool at the end that did the job beautifully. The most disappointing aspect is that they made cancelling their service so difficult and deceiving. So I thought I cancelled the account but they charged me 50 bucks for the following month. I had to go through the customer service to get it sorted out (cancel account, something that takes me 1 min to do with other platforms). At the end they didn't even offer to give my money back.

I hated the User Inferface, the exorbitant price, the incredible lack of customer service, the lack of any decent images being produced, the very basic setup of everything they've done. It's buggy and bad.

Literally go elsewhere with your money. It's not worth it at all. It's a very sad service you'll receive.

I strongly advise people to stay away from this company website and use alternatives. Also, clearly know your intention because they do not want to refund anyone it seems even when requested before the period ends.

Software is cool but thats about it. Don't see much else about it that I think is worth it that outweighs the cons.

They do not refund the trial period that clearly states they will if you cancel before the end of it. I am fighting with the customer care department to get my money back and they do not seem to care and as the other review states, are trying everything to excuse themselves from the conversation and keep the money. It is like they crafted the site to never refund anyone.

These sort of companies shouldn’t exist in 2023 - as others have mentioned, it seems set up to rip people off.

Personally found the software not what I was looking for, but the worst part is that once the trial is over they charge the full subscription and will not refund. The site is created as to make it very difficult to get in touch with a customer service person and get any help. Just a way to con people out of money. I guess my next step is to contact the credit card company and report the payment.
