HORRIBLE. SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!! I didn't use it for 3 months (I thought I cancelled, but cancelling apparently is a 12 step process). I could show them that I haven't used it past the first day of the trial and they refused a refund and then I noticed that they changed the company name or sold it without notifying me.

Nothing. Its hard to use and the images generated are poor at best. The customer service is evasive.

Horrible images, especially for the price. Their terms are so vague, I thought I cancelled. They stopped sending invoice reminders and CHANGED THE NAME and passed support to another company, without notifying me. If you need more proof look up Artssy. Same company. Same horrible reviews. Complete Scam.

Poor excuse for a SaaS company and gives AI and start-ups a bad name. Advise to "Erica". You offer a FREE TRIAL on your home page. Why do you think you are getting poor reviews? Its because your BETA app is not ready, and you and your team simply do not care about the UX. Do us a favor and turn out the lights.

False Advertising. The FREE Trial was not only resulted in a $7 "Trial" charge. I was charged 2x. They do not provide any response to support questions. I Ultimately had to dispute with AmEx.
- The product is not only not responsive (no mobile formatting) But also does not work and displays error messages. Error: "Artiphoria couldn't generate your images. Sometimes this is from a restricted subject or term in the description, try another prompt. If this error persists please contact support." Of course, support never replied after one week into the "Free" Trial. the prompt was a simple prompt to show a factory machine with a conveyor belt.

Overall do not put your credit card details as you’ll be charged 49 US Dollars that seems non-refundable & can’t be refunded!!

I’ll contact visa & report them as scam artists if they don’t refund me by the end of this week.

Easy to sign up for the trial period with basic instructions to use it.

Basically as the app could be used intuitively & some formatting options were provided, it seemed fun to play with to produce some pics but even that were BASIC… VERY BASIC AI App

It fails to do what it promises & I suggest you to stay away from it.

Pics generated are not relevant or missing info for example, you type in 3 happy rabbits hopping around a green & lush forest and it paints 2 very ugly rabbits in a dreamy (non realistic forest).
Then try to edit the pic but since it’s very basic, it produces some other rubbish pic.

Basically this app won’t do what it’s promoting 😤😠🤬

Cheap cheaters playing games with customer cards and making money with out offering services and they ask to ask Stripe.

There is nothing because I used for hour it didn’t really supported me what I’m looking for and so it’s of no use.

I have subscribed for 7 day trial after one hour of usage I realized it’s of no use these guys still charged my card and playing games with me saying I didn’t cancel.

Not worth it overall - this feels like a company that is just playing off the interest of the moment to pocket cash with no intention of making the tool better.

Generally decent artwork and the overall User Interface is intuitive. but other than that there are not many pros.

No support - there is no option to reach out to an email or chat support team.
Scammy billing - cancellation is not confirmed as having gone through. They have hoops you need to jump through
basic experience.

Every time I went to cancel it said my email was incorrect even though it 100% was not. Had to go through loops to finally get it cancelled.

This is such a scam!!! And they make it impossible to cancel your plan!! I signed up for one month and then cancelled it. It still billed me for two more months.

Terrible service, and the program is lackluster at best. I would give the service a 0 if I could. The images it create are meh, and there are way better programs out there. Hate to say it but this is just a money grab for someone until people figure that out.

None. There are better programs out there. It’s nearly impossible to tell what each style will do when you apply, and if you hope to change it very little you’ll find that it doesn’t really work like that. Every image is totally random, so if you get one that’s close that is as good as it gets.

Like the other reviewer said, they intend to keep billing you well after you’ve canceled the free trial. I cancelled my trial days before it was set to expire, and then they billed me for a month.

I've tried canceling my subscription for this service from different devices at different times, but to no avail.

Easy to find. Intuitive user interface. Fast operation of AI assistant. There is a free period.

Horrible Horrible Horrible platform! I tried multiple other platforms and this is the worse platform. With this service, I doubt they would even refund my money.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. it is extremely expensive and it generates no better than other platforms, and certainly not better than Midjourney.

I cancelled my subscription within the free trial, but yet they charged me full price afterwards.

Scam, they are stealing and should have legal consequences, authorities should investigate this company as I am not the only one, there are reviews like mine all over the internet.

Scam stay away, there is nothing positive once they have your card they with intentionally steal from it.

I applied for the trial period and their AI is trash, so I tried to unsubscribe so they Wouldn’t charge me, but you can’t unsubscribe, and when you talk to support they lie and say they canceled my subscription on February 2023 it is now April 2023 and I keep getting charged every month and cannot even access my account which means they are intentionally stealing from my card.

Nothing. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that I would consider a PROS on this site!!! This site is an absolute scam or the develop is an completely inept!

The fact that they have a trial period that you cannot unsubscribe from!!!! They charged my account 49.00 - Paypal supported that claim! This is impossible and I strongly urge that anyone going through the reviews to make their decision should leave the site immediately. This is a scam. You cannot reach anyone via phone, site, or email!!!

This company's customer service and payment terms are incredibly poor, making it easy to sign up but extremely difficult to cancel an account. This is likely done to ensure they can charge your credit card afterwards. I had to pay for a whole month because I couldn’t find a way to cancel my 3 days free subscription, I emailed them and got a response saying that they canceled, then now I received another invoice for another month.

Didn’t find helpful at all. Hard to use and the designs weren’t useful for me. Also hard to find a way to cancel and they keep charging me. Very disappointed.

The designs that were created for me was nothing like I expected, and I didn’t expect much!
