Makes IT Asset Tracking Much Easier
Date: Mar 18 2025SummaryIt has made managing IT assets a lot less of a headache. No more lost records or confusion about what we have and where it is. There are small areas for improvement, but overall, it does the job well.
PositiveAssetLoom has been really helpful in keeping track of all our IT assets in one place. The interface is straightforward, and I can quickly find details about devices, software, and warranties without digging through spreadsheets. The reports are also useful for seeing what needs to be replaced or updated.
NegativeSetting everything up at the start took some time, especially with a large number of assets. It would also be nice if there were more integrations with other software we already use.

Very convenient and highly useful! Recommend!
Date: Mar 27 2025SummaryStill discovering some functions but for now it has been a great success. Very nice and easy to use, self-explanatory. Highly recommended!
PositiveI'm finding it very useful for storing all my asset inventory and associating the corresponding JIRA tickets. I had to send a query to support for some questions and the response was quick and adequate to my needs.
Negativeit will be better if we can automatically import assets rather than preparing a CSV file to import.

Great app for our IT Asset Management
Date: Apr 09 2025SummaryAssetLoom has transformed how we handle IT assets at our international company. Its robust features—like automated alerts, detailed tracking, and insightful reporting—have streamlined our processes, saving time and reducing costs. Despite a few setup challenges and minor quirks, the benefits far outweigh the cons for a firm our size. It’s scalable enough to grow with us yet user-friendly for a lean IT team juggling global demands. The visibility it provides into our asset ecosystem is unmatched, empowering us to make smarter decisions. I’d give AssetLoom five stars for delivering a reliable, efficient solution that meets the needs of a mid-sized multinational like ours. Highly recommended!
PositiveAssetLoom has been a game-changer for our company. Its intuitive interface makes tracking hardware and software licenses across multiple locations effortless, saving our team hours of manual work. The real-time stock visibility and low-stock alerts ensure we’re never caught off guard, while automated maintenance reminders keep our assets in top shape. The integration with Jira allows seamless ticket-to-asset linking, boosting efficiency. Customizable reports provide clear insights into asset performance, helping us optimize budgets. The support team is responsive and proactive, quickly addressing queries and even implementing feature suggestions, which enhances our workflow significantly.
NegativeWhile AssetLoom excels overall, the initial setup took a bit longer than expected due to customizing fields for our diverse assets. The mobile app could also use a slight speed boost for on-the-go updates. Minor gripes, but worth noting.
