It has made managing IT assets a lot less of a headache. No more lost records or confusion about what we have and where it is. There are small areas for improvement, but overall, it does the job well.

AssetLoom has been really helpful in keeping track of all our IT assets in one place. The interface is straightforward, and I can quickly find details about devices, software, and warranties without digging through spreadsheets. The reports are also useful for seeing what needs to be replaced or updated.

Setting everything up at the start took some time, especially with a large number of assets. It would also be nice if there were more integrations with other software we already use.

Still discovering some functions but for now it has been a great success. Very nice and easy to use, self-explanatory. Highly recommended!

I'm finding it very useful for storing all my asset inventory and associating the corresponding JIRA tickets. I had to send a query to support for some questions and the response was quick and adequate to my needs.

it will be better if we can automatically import assets rather than preparing a CSV file to import.
