What is AxioPlan?

AxioPlan is a specialized project estimation tool created for delivery managers and agency project managers seeking quick answers to scope-related questions during client interactions.

By utilizing three-point PERT calculations, users can enter optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic hours for each task, enabling AxioPlan to calculate risk-adjusted totals using the Root Sum of Squares method, which generates P50, P80, and P95 delivery estimates along with a comprehensive cost breakdown organized by epic and role.

The platform’s timeline feature functions in real-time; any modifications, such as the removal of an epic or changes in project scope, lead to instant recalculations of delivery dates and associated costs.

Users have the option to share a read-only link at any point before or during the call, allowing clients to access the live Gantt chart, the P85 delivery date, and the continuously updated cost breakdown-this real-time adjustment negates the need for tedious PDF recreations or follow-up emails, fostering a quick resolution during the call.

Tailored for digital agencies and software consultancies involved in fixed-price contracts, AxioPlan provides a simple flat monthly pricing plan that allows for an unlimited number of team members.

This streamlined approach to communication and project management significantly boosts client satisfaction while expediting the decision-making process, ultimately leading to more successful project outcomes. By ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page, AxioPlan enhances collaboration and drives efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Finally a planning tool that does one thing really well.

    Updated: Jul 04 2026
    Summary

I've bounced between a few of the bigger planning tools and always ended up overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff I had to ignore. This one is the opposite - it's focused, fast to pick up, and the feature set feels like it was built for exactly the way I work rather than trying to be everything to everyone. It quietly gets out of the way and lets me plan. Been a nice surprise and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants planning without the bloat.

    Positive

Setup took me maybe 2 minutes, no onboarding wizard hell or 40 settings to configure before you can do anything. Setup account and you get straight into project planning window. What I really like is that it does the handful of things I actually need for planning and roadmapping and doesn't bury them under features I'll never touch. The interface is clean and everything is where you'd expect it to be, so I was building out my scope on day one instead of watching tutorials.

    Negative

Would love a couple more integrations down the line, and a dark mode wouldn't hurt. Minor stuff though - nothing that's actually slowed me down.
