Because it integrates with Zoho, it is easy to import our data into this software and send our newsletters to our customers directly through the integration, and it has been something that facilitates our workflow every time. Even though Benchmark Email does have its disadvantages, I believe that it is a growing service that is constantly improving and upgrading their services to offer a more well-rounded and robust solution for email marketing and I am fairly content with it as it continues to get better. As a small business, we were able to get a vast majority of people to know our products and have increased our sales through the email campaigns that we create, and it has been so beneficial to know what keeps our customers happy and what we can do to improve our communication with leads for the perfect business and customer relationship process.
PositiveBenchmark Email is the smartest way to do email marketing. I like that it is easy to use and it contains beautiful templates to create stunning emails for our clients. It lets me customize every aspect of the email for it to look the way we want it to and it has smart technology to always make sure that our emails will have a high open rate and keep our clients interested in the content we put out.
This software has multiple tools that enhance our marketing workflow and it automates our process with features that can be configured to immediately communicate with our clients once they sign up to our newsletter. This keeps our customers engaged and it ensures that our next newsletters will actually be delivered to the email address provided. Benchmark offers a complete automated marketing cycle that helps improve our relationship with customers as we can better control the content that we create and the timeline this content is sent, increasing our leads and upgrading our customer experience. I also like the vast variety of color palettes that it offers for our emails and how we can customize our own palette to make it look more special, and its technology, along with the built-in photo editor, allows us to study our campaigns and know which mock-ups will gain more attention according to their testing that most of the time tends to be very accurate and it adjusts to our past projects and past data to help us improve our marketing strategies in the future.
Besides, Benchmark has many good tools for our small business and it has a high contact limit that adjusted to our needs when we first signed up, providing a great and affordable plan that offers most important features that lets me study and analyze our customers’ behavior in regards to our campaigns and how they interact with them. I like that I can customize our reports between live engagement, hourly open rates, device variability, and click rates, as it helps me understand more the type of public that we have and how different they are from each other, and what we can do for every type of customer to keep and improve their engagement rates, and to effectively turn a lead into an actual customer of our products.NegativeBenchmark Email currently doesn’t offer the email whitelabeling option for the plan that we use, which means that sometimes our emails get sent to spam folders because it cannot be fully verified that the newsletters/campaigns belong to our business, or sometimes they end up in the promotions folder for Gmail, which is also an issue as we end up with lower open rates when this happens. This sometimes causes issues for us as we don’t know which emails or which campaigns will end up not being successful, which is my main issue with this software as it doesn’t provide a stable service and deliverability that we can fully rely on for our email marketing projects.

Additionally, we have had issues regarding the looks of our emails in the mobile version, even though we have edited our content to make it fit for mobile, it will sometimes happen that it won’t save and it causes issues on the final result; we have brought up this issue with the customer support and I truly hope that they are working to fix this and improve their formatting issues on any device. Also, the lack of a mobile app that helps me send our newsletters more efficiently is a big concern for me and I hope that it will become available soon.
