Bigfoot Party Booking is a web-based reservation system for birthday parties and group events at roller rinks, ice rinks, family entertainment centers and party venues. Operators create packages and extras, set available booking times, collect customer information and organize reservations. Customers can reserve a party and make online deposits or payments through a hosted booking flow. Venues can continue using their current website and POS.
All subscriptions include unlimited bookings, packages, add-ons and availability schedules. The Basic plan is $39 per month for up to three users, with a customer party portal, booking history and basic reporting. At $69 per month, Plus supports up to ten users and adds digital waivers, party reminders, balance-due reminders, abandoned booking recovery and advanced reporting. Pro is $119 per month for unlimited users and adds embedded booking and payments, Party Day operations and staff access, marketing and upsell automation, advanced branding and email settings, and API access.
A 14-day free trial requires no credit card. There are no setup or per-booking fees and no long-term contract.
