At first it was a bit hard to learn the process as a foreigner but pretty fast got catch of it and i enjoy this app a lot and hope i can make a few dollars on the side.

The Coupon rewards are beautiful, But Expiring dates are too close, so I hope they will extended it to 60 days expiring time, giving investor a chance to acquire enough money to invest and use them. Sounds good right?

Expand the number of coins for mining -etc, ton, eth, staking...

It's great that there are always new contracts, a nice and simple interface, many options for paying for contracts and electricity, a large selection of pool and wallet services, and just fantastic promotions always!!!

The support service responds for a long time, the amount for completed contracts is not always automatically returned - you should always write to the support service.

One year and half of using the services, already made 4 different contracts to test with shorter periods and all went very well.
No complaints at all. Just fell that it miss some options for people that would like to contract less TH and invest little bit less $$.

Acceleration Plan can not change pool. According to my 4 months record, ViaBTC is mining less BTC than F2Pool (different around 0.015 BTC). But I can not change pool. (Standard Plan can change.) It will surely affect long time return between BitDeer and me.). Thanks a lot.

Pretty much it was great. Keep it up and keeping the efficiency up is the most critical thing. Rare to find a proper cloud mining platform.

The mining plans are easy to follow and clear to understand. However the classic plan has hide the profitability rate which is quite suspicious for people.

Orders can only hold for 6 hours while some of the wallets, e.g. crypto.com needs to sit the wallet address for 24 hours to become whitelist while the payment wallet changes for every order so there's no way you can pay with coins.

I am satisfied with the Bitdeer service as it provide variety of choices for its users and the mining platform also provide fast payout.
