When I had issues installing and setting up, support was right there- immediately. The support I got was far more than expected. Since I use ThirtyBees, which is kind of like PrestaShop, they actually went as far as installing a ThirtyBees site to test it with so my error could be fixed. And sure enough, it was. I love to work with Blockonomics in general because it's a great payment gateway with ease of integration during development stages and also as a user from the frontend. The charge for transactions is also not bad compared to many gateways out there.

Firstly I love the user interface/user experience of Blockonomics because it is fast and quite easy for a new user to navigate the website. Another thing I love about Blockonomics is the fact that they provide an API that is easy to integrate without wasting much time and that is really important considering the fact that customers want fast web development nowadays. Lastly the movement of funds between wallets is really great.

There should be an improvement on the withdrawal method from your credit balance to your crypto wallet. Instead having to create a support ticket each time you want to withdraw I think it's best to have a withdrawal button or something since you provide payment buttons as an API then a withdrawal button on your own platform would be great.

I didn't like that this software requires a fair amount of basic knowledge related to crypto-currency in order to use.

We are at start with Blockonomics but so far we are happy with them. We will start implementing this to more of our websites.

We like that is simple to use both for us and for our customers. We just started using them and we are overall happy with it.

We don't like that we need to add funds in order to cover the fees when it would be easier to deduct directly from each payment like all gateways does.

Best way to get paid on your store or with an invoice in BTC.
Easy to set up, impossible to trace outside of the blockchain.
If set up with a decent wallet/ ledger wallet it's fully anonymous - or as anonymous as crypto can be!

Overall great experience with the product and the service provider. The best part is feeling less controlled and having freedom when it comes to accepting payments.

Has been very useful for my business when accepting bitcoin payments. It's a payment method which is better than anything I've used.

They take a small fee, however, I still think the fee is low for the service provided.

The signup process was breeze and we were up and running in less than 15 minutes.
Cons would include its ability to Handle payments seamlessly without any hassles.
Next it allows accepting BCH as well which is a good thing for those who would like to accept crypto currency other than BTC.
Next I would say the Dashboard is very easy to use and the Docs are extremely Knowledgeable.
Support is also extremely good as I got quick replies to all of my doubts.

No noticeable cons yet.
It would be great to see acceptance of Other Crypto currencies as well.
My experience so far has been extremely wonderful so I can't write a con for this amazing service from my heart at least.

I used it as plugin under my WHMCS in order to be one of the first web hosting companies that accepts BTC in Mexico and since it's very easy to use as admin and much more for the final user i've not switched to another provider.
