Overall I really like it, I have used SendPulse, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and many more. But it is among the few that offers a really good balance between cost, tools, and performance. The customer support is absolutely incredible, nothing comes close to it in that aspect.

I love Brevo for simplistic yet robust email marketing tools that allow for automated campaigns, transactional emails, and more. Its SMTP tools and API allow for easy integration with WordPress and is useful for sending mails. The dashboard has really nice graphs and analytics, with support for filters to better understand data. It also send periodic emails to me keeping me up to date with all account activities.

Nothing in particular, although I am not a fan of there super high pricing for pay-as-you-go plans. It can be brought at par with the periodic subscriptions.

My overall experience has been positive particularly for businesses seeking a cost effective & feature rich marketing solution. The platform's user friendly interface & its affordability makes it an attractive choice for budget conscious businesses.

It continues to offer a comprehensive marketing suite even in the free version so that people can test it fully & then purchase the premium features.

While it excels in marketing communication there are some considerations. The learning curve for mastering advanced features may be steep for users new to marketing automation.

Overall experience has been very amazing, i like all of the features. The only thing which bothered me was i had to create different list to fit in the 300 emails a day. It increased a lot of work for me. It should be increased to at least 500 emails for testing it properly.

It has an amazing user friendly interface when i use it, It was very easy t catch up will the features likes contact upload, segmentation, template design, setting up email campaign. The analytics features is also worthy as it helps you measure the effectiveness of your email campaigns.

The only drawback i encountered is it only offers 300 emails in its free version. I think it should be around 500-1000 emails for the people who are testing & trying it to use it for a longer time.

Overall, Sendinblue is high performing tool that helped my team to achieve goals very easily. Its CRM-integrated feature helps to make our campaign meaningful. The automation options like scheduling work great. I highly recommend it!!

With Sendinblue there are not many limitations when it comes to adding new lists with recipients when managing email sending sequences. Sendinblue includes a set of templates that we can use by default to work with, or that we can simply edit and customize at our convenience. We strongly recommend working with Sendinblue for sending mailing lists. Given the quality with which messages can be created within its editor, it is best to simply create an external template and copy it into Sendinblue, to add in it all the characteristics of the message. Sendinblue is good for including databases from other marketing services.

Sendinblue has no adaptability to marketing services specializing in customer deals, or to support services. This means that there is no way to connect the platform to any service of this kind in order to collect customer data and support sessions, and add them to dynamic emails.

I wish they would have templates to import contacts. I hate having to select each import column every time. Also, they are insanely strict on email open rates when you're using their shared IP. I get that, but they look at each email campaign individually, instead of your account as a whole. So I've had my entire account suspended twice, because I had a campaign have a low open rate, despite my global lifetime open rate being around 50%. It's kinda ridiculous. Also it's been very hard to get in touch with customer service sometimes.

Using Sendinblue there is a relatively lower reach than the one offered by other services in relation to the amount of people we can reach per campaign, and scheduling them so that email drips are sent in larger quantities ends up limiting the connection speed of our server, and our stability.
