It was a great experience that I enjoyed using. I played with the system until I was able to move around in it.

Being able to choose different items on the list was great. Have multiple options to chose from when using system.

Could have had a lot more gift cards to choose from.

There was no guess work to use the site and very easy to use.

Cannot award people multiple points this causes an issues where I cannot give points to people for working on a project together.

Overall, the platform provides a nice experience and a wonderful way to incentivize employees who are doing a good job. It was easy to search and find rewards I was interested in and I had my gift cards delivered via email within 5 minutes!

The platform is well laid out, easy to use and has a huge offering of rewards ranging from gift cards to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. It allows the user to use reward points immediately or save for bigger and better rewards.

It would be nice if the gift card amounts were customizable.

I would highly recommend this to any company doing rewards. It's always nice to get a cash bonus but when you can turn the points in for immediately delivered gift cards to so many places it's just as good!

There are so many things to choose from. If you don't see what you like, ask your rep and they may be able to add it. We have employees from all over the US so we added in things from different areas so everyone has a list of experiences close to them.

So far I have not found any cons. Our team is very active in giving recognition and points to each other.

It was a great experience. We are all happy to cheer each other on, and even the constant nominating is encouraging.

I am thankful the company I work for rewards our efforts to improve our lives. It is one thing to work for a pat on the back, but honestly, a gift card is a bit more motivating.

I truly appreciate the variety of options from which I may choose. This ability to pick my own reward says that my company cares about what is important to me. The hotels.com brought a much needed one night getaway. The Target option helped with basic needs when money was tight.

Honestly, my experience was all positive. I have received around 10 rewards in the last 2 years and I am grateful.

Overall, everyone should have a peer recognition platform and Bucketlist Rewards is a great option. It is fun, easy, and is a perfect solution to make people feel like they are doing a great job; especially with the recognition leaderboard and gift card redemption features.

I like how Bucketlist Rewards is so easy to use. There is pretty much no learning curve. Recognition is easy to give and fun to receive. The point system is great and makes redeeming gift cards fun.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform. It is visually quite basic so some may wish for it to be more visually appealing. But I actually like the simple design.

I have used it once to login and get a password setup and then to access my reward. It was very fluid and easy to follow.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate! I logged on, hit forgot password, they emailed me my new password, updated it on their website and then was prompted to select my reward. It was very simple to use.

Report options more specific. When i look at monthly report, i have to hide rows and columns to get info i need.

Nice variety of reward options, including e-gift cards which are welcome in this remote working environment. Intuitive user interface and pricing provides good value.

No cons in particular to note. New features have steadily been added and the UI was recently revamped for the better.

I have not experienced this rewards system for a long time, however I do feel that it is a great system to have in place. There should be incentives in place for people to know that they are valued and appreciated. You never know how something so small can impact a person and keep them motivated. I am happy to have been recognized for my achievement.

The only thing I would say that I did not like, is that some rewards you have to be here for a very long time to receive them. So it leaves the question on how do you get incentives and rewards for those years in between.

This has helped foster an environment of teamwork in our company and helped behind-the-scenes employees be recognized for their hard work!

This is simple to use and has great prizes available. I have recently claimed an Amazon gift card with no issues at all.

I haven't had any issues with Bucketlist. Any questions I've had have been answered right away.

I have been rewarded by my peers and have had enough points to redeem for dinner with my son at Applebees.

I like to read the compliments that my fellow staff are receiving. It is nice to focus on positive.

I would like to see more GiF's. The Gif's are fun to use.
