I really like the punch in/out feature for our employees. Our customers also have confidence they know who is on the job via the GPS capability. The whole integration and set up was easy and our employees were able to get started right away. Customer support has been very helpful and responds quickly.

I have used several different time clock apps and I believe Buddy Punch is the best one! So easy to use!

Buddy Punch is extremely user friendly--just punch in & punch out for your shift! Buddy Punch also offers the ability to pre schedule your shift (with management approval required) so that makes it even more easy to use! Great product!

At first some features were hard to find but once I found them they were easy to use!

Overall I believe Buddy Punch is great program for big or small businesses and I can't recommend it enough.

The only downside to Buddy Punch is that you have to enter national holidays manually.

Buddy Punch is extremely user-friendly and allows. You to adjust your time accordingly if you forget to punch in or out.

The biggest upside of using Buddy Punch is that you don’t have to worry or panic when you forget to punch in and out because you are allowed to edit your time and then it goes to your manager for manual approval. Extremely easy to keep track of your work hours and the app is very user friendly!!

Buddy Punch is an intuitive piece of software that I quite like. Though it has some minor short-comings, they're made up with the support team and the ease of use.

This app makes life so much easier. Clocking in and out is literally one click. If you need to make adjustments to your time it is so simple and there are rarely system down times or errors of Buddy Punch's end.

Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it.

Would be nice if it reminded you of patterns in your sign in and out or matched your shift with notification that you missed sign in and out.

This has been a great experience using Buddy Punch. From set up to usage. Everything is smooth sailing so far.

This make clocking in and out easy. This makes a fun way to clock in and out as well. This is also a great way to confirm your colleague's pin incase of emergencies.

it's fine for the micromanaging distrusting employer that needs to keep track of their employers that's all.
Great for employers who have too many time sheets to keep track of and want computers to do it.

well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch...

leave your phone at work if you use your phone to punch in and out,. don't forget employers can geo fence or gps track your phone so they know if you've tried to log in while not actually at work.
Check and edit your time sheet if you've punched out and your boss has it set to revert back 15 minutes. when you edit, make sure you edit and explain away why you couldn't punch in on time IE the computer took to long to log in.

Using Buddy Punch make attendance tracking so easy, The toll navigation is good for beginners and apply PTOs is not complicated on user's end.

GPS Tracking is best feature for employees working at home. Is not confusing how Buddy Punch rendered schedules on your portal.

I have not encounter any major issue. There are minor thing they can improve like, color coding for each employee, so it more easy to look on PTO calendar., but nonetheless everything is better.

Buddy Punch is the best! It is user-friendly, it doesn't give you a headache just by navigating the interface.

This app is awesome! You can check you schedule easily, you can also see your colleagues schedules. What makes it great is the time off calendar. You can see whether there's someone on time off for a specific day, which is helpful for us since we can only take time off one at a time.

Overall, I'd say this is an easy system to utilize and navigate. Even a novice can use it. I haven't had to use a time-system for work in more than two decades and figured it out.

I had some trouble at first in the difference between entering time for work vs PTO times, but I played around with the site and figured it out.
