I really like the punch in/out feature for our employees. Our customers also have confidence they know who is on the job via the GPS capability. The whole integration and set up was easy and our employees were able to get started right away. Customer support has been very helpful and responds quickly.

The reporting could be a little easier some of the reports could be customized a bit more

I think this could be one of my favorite time services. It is a natural feel and does not seem clunky with everything. It's not confusing.

I love that it takes very little time to acclimate to the program. It is user friendly and does not feel like it needs to be explained to me. I enjoy using it.

The admin imposed limitations or lack of use of implementing the onboard features, such as adding the schedule, or allowing mobile punch.

Would be nice if it reminded you of patterns in your sign in and out or matched your shift with notification that you missed sign in and out.

Overall, I'd say this is an easy system to utilize and navigate. Even a novice can use it. I haven't had to use a time-system for work in more than two decades and figured it out.

Buddy Punch is easy to figure out and use. Even if you're not technologically inclined, a little navigating will get you a long way!

I had some trouble at first in the difference between entering time for work vs PTO times, but I played around with the site and figured it out.

I like Buddy Punch. I use Buddy Punch to clock in and out at work, and it’s very easy to use. The app is straightforward, and I like that I can track my hours and check my schedule anytime. It’s also helpful to see my timesheets and know exactly how many hours I’ve worked. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load, but overall, it works well and makes managing my work hours simple

You must have a good signal on you phone to clock in or out so sometimes in rural areas it takes a few seconds to achieve the clock in or out

I have great experience with teams. It does get a little frustrating especially when the punch out and punch out for break are too close together.

That it is convenient to do on your phone and not on the computer all the time. You can log in as soon as you walk in the office and not have to wait on other people to use the computer.

The one Con I see is that the punch out for break and punch out for the day needs to be not so close to each other. People accidentally punch out when they go to break.

I like that you can easily clock in and out, just like punching a time card. But it's all digital, so you can do it right from your phone or computer. And I use it almost Everyday for work.

Sometimes if you're having trouble with the app or you need some help, it can be hard to find support. You might have to wait a while to get a response, and that can be frustrating if you're in a hurry to fix something. Thats the only downside i can think of.

Well, I would have liked that when we typed in the holidays they would automatically be carried over to the next year, and thus make the work easier.
