    I love it. People who use it in the company love it. No one wants go back to spreadsheets even the most vocal Excel users.

    The platform is fantastic. It allows unlimited users without extra costs (I am not joking). There is nothing to dislike about Budgyt. It provides all features for successful and effortless budgeting and forecasting for a fraction of cost. You won't be disappointed.

    If you need one stop solutions for all your accounting needs, which is cost effective, Time efficient & easy to use with good support then BUDGYT is something you need to consider.

    It's the best app in market given the pricing as well, & it's easy to use & understand. And if at all you're stuck some where you have the tutorials in place plus their support is so fast. The market does not have an app that has easy to use software that is very detail-oriented. Does a great job of projecting, forecasting & Budgeting. And their Dashboards are cherry on the cake.

    Great Budget and Forecasting Tool

    I started utilizing Budgyt in 2019 when I started at my non-profit organization. I was looking for a budget and forecasting software that was user friendly, allowed us to create and update multiple budgets, provided streamlined forecasting, had canned budget and actual reports, and one we could manage our payroll through. My expectations were exceeded with Budgyt. Throughout my time with Budgyt they have continuously made software updates and improvements which benefit the customer. Recommendations I have made have been implemented and really benefited me. There are many useful tutorials and James, and the support team, are always available and quick to respond to inquires. The software now has updates which link directly to QBO and made my job as Finance Manager much easier. I could highly recommend Budgyt.

    Budgyt is very user friendly and allows to me create multiple different types of reports comparing different budgets. The integration process was very easy and pulled all the necessary information from Quickbooks. We are a grant based organizations, and the ease and capabilities of the personnel section is extremely helpful. The Budgyt support is easy to contact and quick to respond as well.

    Through the different iterations and updates they are at a great point for my needs. If I have issues or need help trouble shooting their team is always available. Some of the updates were based on feedback I provided them. I am happy with the software and it's capabilities.

    Awesome Budgeting Tool; Does the Impossible

    They are so far ahead than even the bigger gorillas like Planful or the smaller ones claiming to do more than they do like Jirav. Budgyt is a no brainer once you see the demo and see the details ... saved my team and I so much time, it was clear we saw our ROI within the first 3 months of using it.

    Overall this is a great product. Budget holders actually enjoy building their budgets in this tool. Most importantly, the instant consolidation and update abilities mean the budget-holders can see the bottom-line impact of their edits in real-time, which makes for much better discussion about the business, and results in better business decisions. The customer service is great, and budgyt.com has definitely improved the quality of our organization's financial planning & management.

    This tool speeds and automates the budget development and consolidation process, replacing manual, error-prone spreadsheet budget consolidation. It's faster, and and it means budget holders and decision-makers spend more time discussing business implications of their plans, because they don't need to waste time with complex spreadsheets and broken formulas. Additionally, we re-import actual data back into the tool from the main accounting system, so the tool becomes our budget variance reporting tool. Budget holders can access it from anywhere they have internet.

    Negative

    Budget data tends to be tabular in nature, regardless of the tool. This is visible through mobile devices, but can be hard to read on smaller phones.
