    Budgyt is such a needed software when it comes to the budgeting process. Bugyt is super user-friendly, and their support staff has your back the entire way. It is my second time referring an organization I work for to use Budgyt for their budgeting application. Their payroll module is so functional and allows you to dial in the payroll aspect of your business regarding the annual budget. We went from a spreadsheet budget last year with 15 revisions and many mistakes to an error free system we can depend on.

    The product has a great visual layout and dashboard is well designed. Data setup is very self explanatory and flexible. It has an import/export feature. Budgyt stores historical information and this helps to fine tune scenarios. Their customer service team give me personalized and quick responses.

    I use Budgyt to summarize over 20 different service programs. The program helps me with evaluating constantly changing costs in personnel and project expenditures. Upload and download is very easy to use. The customer service accommodated our agency's specific needs with the import/export feature. Training was customized to our agency's needs and recording was available.

    Originally payroll setup feature was less flexible. Now this payroll taxes input is more flexible and ensures faster data setup.

Additionally, short meetings are easily scheduled promptly to address concerns or questions, and I can always keep moving forward. Budgyt is a user-friendly platform that makes recordkeeping easy, and the built-in reports provide instant answers when a steering committee member questions an expense. Customer support is stellar.     Elegant, User-friendly Budgeting & Reporting Tool that I would highly recommend

    We adopted Budgyt first and foremost as a new budgeting solution to replace manual, Excel-based process. It quickly became obvious that Budgyt delivers much more, and has become our tool of choice for financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. It is the only finance tool that our non-finance users regularly come to me with compliments and positive feedback about.

    Love the Budgyt platform! Very intuitive and easy to use, with capabilities that allow users to get more detailed and complicated as needed. Allows us to enter data in detail (or summary) in a way that makes it incredibly accessible and easy to read for non-finance users, which is ultimately a huge time saver for our finance team. Everyone on the Budgyt team that I have spoken to or worked with from sales to support (including the CEO & founder who took one of my training/implementation calls) has been awesome. The training was great (the video academy might be my single favorite & most-used/recommended training feature in any program ever), onboarding and implementation were made super easy (as far as those things go), and ongoing support (on the rare occasions it's been needed; it's been mostly out-of-the-box questions/ideas that I've brought up post-go-live) is excellent & very personable - huge shout-out to "budgyt guru" Aileen who has been immensely helpful from day 0 to the present, anticipating our needs at times before we even did.

    My only 'complaint' is that of several additional features that have been implemented since we began using Budgyt (dashboards, cash flow, balance sheet) I am anxiously-awaiting the #1 item on my wishlist - live integration with Sage Intacct API to eliminate manual import of actual data. But I'm confident that when it arrives it will work correctly.

    The budgeting process has never been easier because Budgyt has everything you need. I would cringe when budget season came up because of the Excel files that were previously used with these long formulas and, god forbid, if you wanted to add a new cost center, entity, etc. Now, I don't have to worry about any of these points of frustration and can rest assured that the formulas work, the changes are tracked, the budget versions are available, and the numbers make sense. Budgyt has cut our budgeting process in half, which has more than paid for itself.

    Easy to input data, create multiple budgets, track changes and view not only individual cost centers, but also entire entities with a few easy clicks. Tracking the changes is very important especially if you give entity/cost center owners the ability to input their own data or if you have multiple Finance personnel editing information. The payroll features are so very helpful and you can create as many fields as you need to calculate the payroll correctly and then assign these fields to the respective employees such as: FICA, bonuses, health benefits based on which group the employees has elected, wellness benefits, etc. It is so easy to slice and dice the information even if you are working with multiple entities and you can easily export to Excel. Overall, Budgyt took all of those troublesome spreadsheets for each entity and cost center and condensed it into an easy way to input, track and view the information. This tool is a game changer!

Budgyt software has been a big-time saver even while learning its capabilities during my first year! The team is wonderful, and they take great pride in your success!

    I like that the software is very user friendly with navigation and setup. The Budgyt team works hard from the very beginning of their relationship with a potential customer to ensure the ease of using the software. The one-on-one trainings and recordings are the best! The training is recorded and provided in an online library to refer back to as much as needed, which has helped me tremendously as I work in a fast-paced environment.

    The only con would be my slowness of importing data into my accounting software, however with lots of monthly practice I have overcame the process and gotten quicker at imports.

    The solution is extremely user-friendly and packed with powerful features such as scenario-based data modeling, segregation capability, Xero integration, SAML 2.0 authentication support, and so on.

    We work with Budgyt because of the platform's usability and affordability to have more user access. Other platforms were too tricky for the end user to access or had a monthly or annual fee that didn't meet the needs of our non-profit organization. In short, the platform is really accessible.

    Would recommend to any FP&A team that is looking to save time and money when building out budgets and forecasts. We also use the export reporting function quite often to pull together additional analysis and scenarios outside of the software. So it saves time every step of the way.

    Very easy to learn and execute on variance analysis with several different views. Additionally, it provides transparency to budget owners cutting down on time spent by all functions of the business. The HR formulas allowed for us to cut our admin time building budgets in half.

    Nearly all questions that went unanswered, were found in future product enhancements. The team really listens and works hard to make the customer experience positive.
