I’ve used other construction management software in the past, but BuildOps has been the easiest to use by far. Their customer service team is always available to help with any issues you may have, which is great. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients and providing them with the best tools possible.

Overall, the features of HVAC and Field Service Management provided by this software have a good balance of niche features, including Scheduling, Time Tracking, Quoting & Invoicing, Agreement Management, and Optical Character Recognition, all at a reasonable price.

After we implemented BuildOps we are more consistent, more efficient, and more successful in generating new business. BuildOps played a very significant role in helping us automate our business - a multitude of our daily tasks are either fully automated or require very little time investment.

Really like the ease of use of the platform and how it is organized. They are continuously improving their platform and releasing a multitude of great features.

Lots and lots of automation for our MEP shop, one CRM, centralized reporting, project management - all addressed with one platform.

How easy it is to just start using the platform - yes, there is some training with BuildOps support but takes a couple of days to start using their platform.

More dashboards would be helpful, better reporting dashboards categorization, maybe micro tutorials that have embedded links throughout the platform.

Overall, good experience so far, really impressed with their support team and customer are guys - they do really good job at training new customers. Lots of people that are both knowledgeable about the industry and product!

They've really improved project management capabilities - pretty awesome set of features now. Like reporting, scheduling and dispatch features, quoting is pretty good too.

Reporting is great, but it's more on the BI side and takes some time to learn.

Accounting and financials are fully integrated now with their platform. Reporting, PM, and other features working well. We are just starting to scratch the surface in terms of our platform usage.

Build Ops has integrated well with our Vista solution. We are also stating to leverage some of their profitability analysis processes when it comes to reporting and analytics - we still got a lot to learn.

We had one of those big FSM platforms before (only videos on the website and PDFs for training) - replaced it for BuildOps. BuildOps support had personalized training sessions for us, with real people that actually know a thing or two about the industry!

Only good things to say about these guys --> live training, industry savvy specialists, it doesn't get better than this.

Could require a bit of investment at the beginning with training - make sure you leverage their training resources and team.

My workforce use to be in the field and not connected to the main software - it would create too many problems at the end of the day; Too many mistakes because of the manual sync at the end of the shift.

Like that my workforce is now mobile-friendly - everyone is connected via their phones to the main system.

I wish I would have the ability to run bulk changes across multiple accounts. Mass edit type features.

Solid platform for commercial shops out there. Fantastic mobile app that just keeps working everywhere where my team goes.
