For a small property management company like ours, Buildium offers all the tools we need to be responsive to our tenants and conduct our business. I really can't say enough about how they made onboarding easy and continue to provide support when we run into new situations.

Support team is responsive and helpful. The software itself is easy to use and makes maintenance requests, rent collection and tenant communications a breeze. Buildium Academy courses and articles were especially helpful to get our company up and running.

There could be additional customization options and functionality for email and website.

It has been smooth and easy so far with inputting and setting the system up. We are first time property managers and this system has taken a difficult task and made it simpler.

Great assistance with signing up. System is fairly simple. Really enjoyed the Buildium Academy. A big help!

Have not found a con yet. If i did need to point one out i would say response time from support.

It has been a breeze using Buildium, it has definitely made my job much easier keeping everyone informed on the progress of each task.

Buildium makes uploading invoices and pictures very easy, we are able to have communication with the tenants throughout the task.

No dislikes at all everything works very well simple to use keeps everyone in the loop.

In case of unforeseen events, Buildium is very helpful in organizing repair and maintenance tasks of rented or in the process of renting, and to carry out better controls on the solvency of tenants within each property. Buildium is one of the best and most useful rental management services.

Buildium puts at our disposal management tools with which collecting property rental payments is fast and secure. With Buildium we can control lists of properties that are in the process of renting, or we can manage information about overdue payments or other pending payments. With its task list we can create annotations of each problem to be solved in the properties.

The list of properties for rent is not updated as quickly, so you have to wait for the properties published within the platform to appear visible to the public. Once they have been published, the Buildium platform does not notify us about it by email. From Buildium it is not possible to send text messages to clients using other platforms.

Buildium is the right service for the owner of a property, whether it is a work location or simply for housing, to keep informed about price updates in the market, and can create payment plans comfortable enough for themselves and for customers who will make use of the property.

Buildium has an excellent communication system, from which interacting with clients and sellers/landlords of other properties is simple, so that in addition to functioning as a catalog to view commercial and housing properties, it also serves as a portal for everyone to keep in constant communication.

Buildium integrates poorly with social networking platforms, so in case of emergencies the best thing to do is to send messages via email, which can be tracked to know when the recipient, usually a client or the property manager responds. Buildium has a very expensive price per month.

Would highly recommend for HOA's who want to be self-managed and get away from nickel and diming of management companies.

User friendly, vast options that will grow with your HOA, outstanding customer service and online information for any question you may have.

Excellent! I don't know how we have ever run the company ever before without this software! Buildium is a property management software for dummies - and I mean it in the most positive light ever.

This software is so intuitive to work in. It saves so much time processing transactions. Really easy to fix any mistakes you may make as a first time user. So many functions that can make your life a lot easier as property manager, and so much easier for your tenants and maintenance teams with the personalized portals for each one of them. Integration is seamless. The onboarding team is excellent. We're working with Cameron - knowledgeable, funny, go get attitude, and will find a solution to any problem. Cannot say enough good about him or the software itself.

Have not yet found a single thing that I don't like about it.

Meridee has been an incredible support and partner in onboarding our nationwide team to Buildium. Meridee's wealth of knowledge, software savvy, and professional approach have been so appreciated. Meridee not only knew the software extremely well but she was very understanding and professional with new users as they learned the ropes.

In the middle of our software transition, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, which closed all our locations nationwide. Meridee assisted us through the shutdowns and remained with us until all our locations reopened. We are grateful for her support, training, patience, and coaching!

The user interface is well designed, providing a streamlined experience. The onboarding specialist provided during the training phase was crucial to our success.

Fantastic! Meridee alone has been a world of help. She even was able to help when I received different solutions (all correct) from support. She helped clarify the correct solution.

Meridee has been an invaluable resource of information. Her on-boarding training was great, and when I had an issue with something, she was willing to schedule time to help me work it out!

It is time consuming to set up but you get your own specialist which helps, easy to use. A bit pricey.

The tenant portal allows for everything in one place, communication to bill pay to important documents.
