Our overall experience with Cahoot has been positive. It’s a smart solution for scaling nationwide eCommerce fulfillment, especially for standard, fast-moving SKUs. Their platform helps us offer faster shipping without dramatically increasing costs. It's not a perfect fit for every brand or SKU type, but if you need fast shipping and cost-effective fulfillment, it’s worth trying out. Their team has been responsive and open to feedback, which we really appreciate.

Cahoot has been a great partner for expanding our fulfillment capabilities. Their peer-to-peer shipping model is unique and helps us tap into a larger network of warehouses, which is especially valuable for nationwide 1- or 2-day delivery. The integration with major eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon was straightforward, and the team was helpful during onboarding. The cost savings compared to traditional 3PLs or carrier rates are noticeable, and the platform continues to improve.

While the concept is innovative, it’s not always ideal for highly customized packaging or branded experiences. The control over how orders are packed can be limited depending on which partner fulfills the order. Also, support response times can sometimes vary depending on the issue.

Easy onboarding and integration with Shopify, including some custom functionality. Minor feature deficiencies made up for by the overall gains in efficiency and cost savings. Note, order volume must be at a certain level to justify the platform costs, which are not unreasonable.

Very efficient warehousing & shipping service that helps our company save money on order fulfillment and postage costs. Quick shipping of all orders and confident that we are getting the best postage rates due to geographically optimized shipping. Automatic billing and realtime inventory availability.

Some reporting tools are a little tricky to figure out at first. Orders and shipments can be split apart, but no ability to manually combine orders or edit order contents before shipping. Virtual bundles are not supported.

Support is responsive and knowledgeable, empathetic and pretty quick. Highly recommended for online sellers

The only solution I’ve come across that combines the best of distributed multi-warehouse shipping software with optional outsourced fulfillment services. We can ship from our two warehouses plus we can tap into Cahoot’s network of facilities to power affordable 1-day and 2-day delivery for all our DTC orders. The software just works and has reduced our headcount by TWO in our operations. It’s been a huge help in cutting costs and improving customer satisfaction while working with fewer staff.

No warehouses in China or Asia as of now.
Support only provided in English, we have few staff that is not fluent in English but we can manage via tickets and knowledgebase

There were absolutely no cons throughout the onboarding process—everything was seamless, efficient, and exceeded expectations.

In our experience, Cahoot does not operate as a true business partner. As we learned, once you sign, they will use the contract to extract money even after the service breaks down. We suggest you proceed with caution.
This review reflects our personal business experience with Cahoot and our interpretation of events

We worked with Cahoot for over two years and paid over five figures for what we expected to be a reliable, automated fulfillment solution. What we got instead were frequent sync errors, delayed shipments, and customer complaints due to missing tracking data.

Despite repeated complaints, there was no improvement. When we decided to terminate for cause the relationship, Cahoot used a buried renewal clause to continue billing us. They then blocked access to their platform and refused to return our inventory unless we paid fees that were never disclosed during onboarding.
CEO Manish Chowdhary personally responded to our concerns with a harsh message: “This is not a negotiation. We expect full payment in accordance with your contract.” despite our termination with a valid cause. There was no willingness to acknowledge service failures or work toward a resolution.

Cahoot is very knowledgeable around Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime program. Having distributed inventory is opening up huge sales opportunities for me.

I use Cahoot's logistics services to help maintain my Amazon SFP metrics. I maintain distributed inventory via Cahoot warehouses. Works well!

The billing procedure is a little confusing, and removing inventory is an arduous process, worse than FBA. Fortunately, removing inventory is not a routine task.

Cahoot's founder and team are fantastic. You can tell they really care. It's great to see a business tell you the truth instead of just trying to close the deal.

It's no fault of Cahoot, but their solution doesn't fit every e-commerce business. What's great about Cahoot is that they'll tell you if they're a good fit for your business.

Overall they are a great 3PL partner. As a new brand they helped us through the full process from start to finish. Very pleased.

Their customer support is awesome. Super helpful when you need them. The Onboarding is pretty easy for Shopify. Most of all, their shipping times and accuracy is incredible.

I wish the inventory from their site would talk to Shopifys' system to show real time inventory.

I assessed several order fulfillment companies and chose Cahoot for their pricing and their service. They provide strong client support and help you get things done as easily as possible, including with their client portal, and they are reliable and well priced.

Good service, competitive shipping rates, affordable to get started with them as a small business, flexible and good partners in building my business and responding to evolving needs.

Would like some of the interfaces and screens to be easier to use and more support from humans available, but they are continually improving this and wasn't much of an issue. When I needed help with service, people would step in and help.

The integration with Amazon Seller Central is seamless, making our operations smoother than ever. Jeremy, our account manager, has been incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful, especially with one of our troublesome SKUs. He even offered creative solutions to save us money and improve efficiency.

Submitting work orders and managing inventory has been seamless, and whenever we had questions, the Cahoot team responded quickly.

Initial onboarding can be a bit overwhelming, there are many videos to watch but they make them very self-explanatory.

Cutting edge software that enables business the ability to partner with multiple distribution centers.We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.

Like all new software's , setup takes time and effort. I recommended putting in the upfront effort setting up all SKUs and box configurations correctly first time.

The integration is pretty straightforward and orders get shipped out very quickly. Customer support is always there to help with an open ticket. Great team.

Payments are done weekly, which can cause a little bit of cash flow challenge. But they are open to work with you.

Integrating Cahoot with existing systems and selecting the best fulfillment options for each order might require some initial setup time and potentially involve some complexity.

Cahoot has been an amazing addition to our business. We needed a partner that allowed us to ship faster, have shipping labels created automatically, and control our shipping costs. We could find other products that did one or two items well, but they never did the entire package and at the same time continue to be affordable.

With Cahoot we are able pick, pack and ship so much faster. Before, we were routinely rushing until 6pm to get orders out, but now, we're done most days by 4pm and that leaves us a 1-hour break to clean up and ensure everything is completed successfully. Our shipping supervisors are actually able to supervise the entire process rather than just the shipping label process, which will make our entire team more efficient. As a result, we've changed our team's hours and they get out of work earlier and we are getting more done than just taking care of orders (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). The best part - we've been able to reduce our numbers by 2 employees.

The ability to make sure that team members know what boxes to use is also invaluable. We are able to maintain inventory of boxes which means we know when to order more and can better budget for this cost. It also means that all team members are using the same box for items and it's the most cost effective box.

Additionally, the Cahoot team is amazing to work with. They are organized and have the training expertly set up. They are responsive and always helpful. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next because I know it will be great. I also appreciate their knowledge in the industry and their understanding and leadership on what it takes to meet all the ecommerce and marketplace requirements.

The hardest thing has been getting the team to "trust" the process and use the tools we have in Cahoot. They don't like change.

I don't feel like just another number on their balance sheet, I am a real person they know and want to help like a close friend.

If you want to save some money and a substantial amount of time dedicated to shipping prep, this is the way to go. Saves me hours/day in label prep and my overall shipping costs have been reduced by 4% YTD in spite of carrier increases of nearly 5%.

Multiple reporting features, super fast and easy to confidently print labels with the most cost-effective carriers.

Not as many native integrations as other providers but once they customized one for our inventory software, it is working seamlessly.
