In general aspects of Calendly, I can highlight that it is an easy-to-use, efficient, and customizable scheduling tool that has helped me save time, increase efficiency and improve communication with clients and team members. I would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their scheduling process and improve their workflow. While there are certainly some aspects of Calendly that could be improved, I think the benefits it provides in terms of time savings and customization options make it a valuable tool for anyone who needs to regularly schedule appointments. With its wide range of integrations and powerful reporting features, Calendly has helped me effectively streamline all my work and has helped me and my team to be more productive. The big benefit is that I can simply send someone a link and they can choose a time slot that works for them, no need for emails or phone calls back and forth. Calendly eliminates all of this and provides ease of scheduling, making meeting times easier and making the impossible possible.
This has been especially useful when scheduling meetings with people in different time zones or with very busy schedules, be it clients to offer our services and provide support support, between work colleagues to exchange ideas and project progress, and with business partners. to reach a good strategic alliance and commercial agreements. For various reasons Calendly helps connect and integrate all my work into one function so I can perform more efficiently and lead a much tighter professional life with high standards.
Before using Calendly, being able to coordinate my entire work life and the team to work synchronously was a bit tedious, we couldn't find a middle ground on which to agree, but with the platform we found a way to make sense at our pace. work, set goals, plan projects, and achieve each of our purposes.
Calendly puts my entire timeline on the table and allows me to manage every little aspect, which has helped me to emphasize each space and make them even more productive, knowing that at the end of the day we achieved everything proposed and even much more. It is one of the best rewards, now we can put new projects in the eye of our focus, since we manage our time much better, investing a space of our day in advancing and growing our brand without abandoning pending, is one of the many benefits that Calendly provides.

Also, I can create custom appointment types and tailor them to specific requirements, such as the duration of the appointment or the information I need from the attendees. I can set different availability for different types of appointments, or I can set a buffer time between meetings to give myself a break. I also appreciate the ability to send automatic reminders to both me and the person I'm meeting with, which helps ensure that we both arrive on time and prepared. Calendly helps me save time by automating the scheduling process. Instead of spending countless hours going back and forth with clients to find a mutually convenient meeting time, Calendly allows me to send them a link to my calendar with preset availability options, and they can choose the time that works best for them. This eliminates the need for multiple emails, phone calls, or text messages, which can be time consuming and frustrating.

Among the drawbacks that we have presented, we find that some of the menu options are not very intuitive, so it can be difficult to find certain settings that I want to adjust, and the way the platform organizes its various functions and settings could be clearer. Also, some of the color schemes used in the interface can be a bit overwhelming, making it difficult to read and navigate the platform. Another issue presented would be that some features are only available with certain price levels, the ability to schedule group meetings or customize branding is only available with the higher price plans. While I understand the need for a tiered pricing structure, it can be frustrating to feel like I'm missing out on important features because I can't afford to upgrade to a more expensive plan, I understand that value for money goes hand in hand and this comes at a price, it would be nice Being able to have a much friendlier and more open platform to provide better payment options and cost alternatives to be able to access those functions that might be of real use to us.
While Calendly integrates with a wide range of other tools, I've found that some integrations aren't as seamless as I'd like. I've been having trouble syncing between Calendly and certain calendar apps, leading to scheduling conflicts that I need to manually resolve, if I don't realize this it can disrupt my workflow and disrupt an entire business day, which can become tedious. Calendly's time zone support can be inconsistent at times, which can cause confusion and programming errors. While the platform allows you to set your time zone and the time zone of your guests, there have been cases where the time zone setting has not worked correctly. This can lead to missed appointments or double bookings, which can be frustrating for everyone involved. Calendly integrates with many tools, there are some that it doesn't integrate with. This can be a problem for our team that depends on these tools daily, as it can lead to a disjointed workflow and the need to switch between different tools.

Overall, extremely happy over years of use. It drives me crazy when people don't have calendar links these days when trying to book, so if you don't use one already I highly suggest Calendly.

Calendly is a great booking tool to avoid scheduling back and fourth. I have used it for years. They offer a great free version that lets you have good functionality to test it out. Of all the free options, it's my favorite.

I would like it if they integrated with Outreach so that I could link up email automation with it when someone books with me. I think they have built in automation in the paid version, but I use outreach for outbound so I'd love to connect those two.

Overall, my experience with Calendly has been great. The ease of use has been the best part about it ever since using it for the first time.

Calendly allowed for me to seamlessly create events that were shared with other members of our team. The ease of us was by far the best.

The one major flaw that I did not particularly love about Calenldy was hot expensive each seat was.

I would definitely overall rank Calendly as a software that is worth the investment on time saving alone. It has been a wonderful tool to have integrated into our ATS.

Rather than going back and forth with having conversations on your availability with people, you can simply send them your Calendly link to see what’s available and people can schedule meetings fairly easily.

Lack of customizable options and integrations is the only negative for Calendly.

Calendly saves me time as it is so much easier to send out an email requesting individuals to put time on my calendar for a meeting instead of me having to call each person to schedule a meeting.

I use the cheaper version which naturally doesn't provide as many options. So, if you want more from the platform you do have to pay more, but most systems are like that.

Great user interface. High functionality for customizing calendars. Always works never had downtime where my calendar failed to notify me of a booking. Amazing software!

There are no cons from me for this app. The team at Calendly does a phenomenal job keeping the app updated with technology advances, simple design helps make it easy to find what you need.

Calendly is a rare tool in that it's both simple and customizable. Despite being incredibly easy to use to schedule meetings, there are so many additional features that can be used (buffer time, payment, etc) that truly make it a helpful tool.

Love that you can add buffer time, allow attendees to select meeting modalities, and add custom questions.

While incredibly simple on the receiving end, it can take a bit of time to truly explore all the features.

Calendly is simple, seamless, and easy to use. It takes the headache out of coordinating schedules.

This syncs with my Google Calendar without any issues, and makes it really easy for me to schedule calls with clients. You simply send someone your Calendly link and have them find a time that works for them. Takes the headache out of back-and-forth emails trying to find times that are available, especially because it updates in real time, so Calendly won't offer a time to someone if you're already booked.

So far, I haven't had any issues with using Calendly.

There no more back-and-forth trying to find a date/time to meet. Calendly is so customizable, from the calendar to booking forms to confirmation and reminders emails. It’s easy to download a report to view future and past appointments. Calendly is an investment you won’t regret because it saves so much time, which is priceless.

Calendly has simplified and nearly automated the meeting scheduling process for our office and me. I have about 20 meetings each week, and Calendly has made it quick, easy, efficient (and fun!) to get meetings scheduled. Folks who meet with me love the self-service aspect: knowing my availability, picking a date/time to meet, and receiving confirmation - all without having to call or email me. Plus, they can cancel or reschedule without having to connect with me. You can set up the calendar to offer a variety of meeting types, and Calendly can be integrated with the virtual conferencing platform of your choice, automatically generating virtual meeting locations each time a meeting is booked.

It can be a little tricky setting up Calendly (as is the case with most calendaring software), but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to operate and update.

Overall it's a great program and I've used it for a lot of businesses. It's great that they have a free plan too.
