    Overall, I can not imagine going back to using a single line dialer or mojo. the integrations this offers, the customizability, the way in which we are able calculate our time frame for following up with leads just with the click of a button... it's crazy how much more efficient our team has become since we started using this system. The "user side" is so easy a monkey can interact with it effectively. It does take some heavy lifting on the back end/set up to get where you need to be, but once your admin understands how the system works for set up, agents can exceedingly easily plug into the system and run with it.

The customizability, the integration with our CRM, speed to lead, makes follow up a breeze... there's no reason anyone who makes phone calls for their job should use any other dialer. They verify your phone numbers for you, their support is easy to interact with and *always* on top of things - I can not speak highly enough about this system. To use any other dialer is legit a waste of money. With the multi line dialer, there is so little down time between calls and that's what you want from your dialer - get me on the line with my clients!

    I would rate a 10/10 overall, I have used several other platforms and this is the first one I have used that encompasses everything I need. It is intuitive and has many advance features as well that can be found once I run into a more complex configuration. Reminds me of an iPhone in that sense. Integrates nicely with our CRM and lead vendors and posts leads into the CallTools system in real-time which then are also sent and saved in our CRM.

    Game-Changing Dialer for Smarter, Faster Outreach

    I have referred several businesses to CallTools, all of which have thanked me, often! Like most people we want a service which we might not fully understand - we just know what we hope to receive - then we settle for what seems right for us, then we get used to it and we develop habits based on that system. it isn’t until you have lunch with a calltools customer and learn all the features they receive with their inbound/outbound system (usually for far less monthly costs) that you learn you’ve been spinning wheels with the other guys while your competition is constantly advancing with modern technology.

    In 2021 calltools was just exploding. I got in just as their major version 2 was being released. It was a baby back then compared to now. Over the years our data confirms my outbound sales team is offered the ability to perform 3 weeks of phone calls in a single M-F work week (which results in our sales team writing 3 times more business each week). That, in itself, was worth every minute invested into customizing apps and api’s to make our setup what it has evolved into today.

    CallTools has completely transformed how we handle outbound sales and customer engagement. Setup was quick and intuitive, and our team adapted instantly. The predictive, power, and preview dialers save hours of idle time while boosting live connections.

    The built-in CRM, email, and SMS automation make managing campaigns seamless — everything in one dashboard. Real-time monitoring, whisper/barge tools, and detailed reporting give managers complete visibility. The platform is stable, easy to scale, and support is fast and genuinely helpful.

    Equally important than having the best toolbox in the game is having the best customer support to match. I’ve dealt with my sales rep Will during and after business hours. He’s even taken my calls while on vacation. Any issues or questions, whatever it is I can text, call, email Will and know it’s being addressed. He’s also performed the same for those who I have referred to tCallTools. Customer Support is always fast to deliver. The integrations team is top notch. (They’ve helped me implement the wildest ideas for automating tasks just to show how diverse this can become to mold into any industry and ANY work environment). For example if a button was click takes data from the contact on the live call sends it to zapier to quickbooks back to calltools then to ShipStation sending emails and texts along the way and even flashing a red strobe light on our sales floor… all that when a single button was clicked on the agents dashboard. We were able to open call tools on my Tesla screen while out on the road, and visually monitor the sales team by the call tools color coded live call reporting. Anything is possible lol!

    I’ve experienced 11 pbx/outbound dialing/ CRM platforms before finding calltools in 2021. Reluctantly I was able to eliminate all of my other systems and their monthly costs and migrate everything over to calltools. Our industry had legal compliance for certain recordings which were a built in feature with calltools. We were used to paying hundreds of dollars weekly for this service all in itself.

    I’ve buckled up and enjoyed the ride as they constantly make adjustments and improvements to the worlds best outbound dialing system. I’ve seen them take customer feature requests and implement them into future upgrades. I’ve contacted support via message, via email, via telephone and always get a ticket generated and a solution to the issue super fast. I also love their extended hours as I’m on the east coast it allows me speak with support after my working hours if I choose. The calltools system is always ahead of the industries technological changes, ahead of the legal calling stipulation which have been changing often over the years, and their servers response-times have consistently stayed at the top of the charts for years and years - this is specific because the other top rated dialers cannot say the same.

    The lingo could be frustrating at first - if this is your first dialer I’d say expect to be overwhelmed for the first 2 days max if you choose to set everything up on your own. If you’re experienced with other dialers, or CRMs, or api connections between SaaS apps you could expect a super fast setup & startup in 1-2 hours before you entire team is making and taking calls.
