    Overall Canopy is a solid accounting technology offering that I use with many of my clients for the purposes of file sharing.

    Positive

    I really like the client portal functionality and haven’t found another option that’s as useful as Canopy’s.

    Negative

    I’ve been unable to get the tax transcript functionality to work whatsoever.

    To anyone who regularly deals with IRS, Canopy is a time saver and offers great tax utility features for organizing client tax information.

    By just entering the taxpayer's information and clicking the refresh button i am able to pull transcripts through the IRS website at once.

    I appreciate everything about Canopy and i really count on it on every day basis.
