Easy to navigate, pull transcripts, summarize, preformatted forms. I can select what I need for the client and it pretty much guides me.

Not an inclusive workflow. There are some options similar but a full workflow would be great

The only thing I'll say as a con is that there are other platforms that appear to be a little more updated and modern, but the activity and resources are similar. It just looks a bit dated.

We used a different tax resolution software prior to IRS Solutions and have found it to be superior in ease of use and convenience.

IRS Solutions has been a valued partner for over 5 years. Their team is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. The software is intuitive, easy to use and, most importantly, has all the forms and tools needed.

You have to return to the control panel to see what clients have notifications between reviewing the specifics. It's a minor issue, just a convenience thing.

Like anything, this tool of the trade (IRS Solutions) is beneficial in utilizing my negotiation skills and know-how to dealing with the IRS.

The items listed e.g. ease, features, design, support, and pricing are all spot on. I've used competitors' software and they are all good, but with my career in tax services coming to a close, IRS Solutions was the perfect fit - in assisting me to getting the resolutions I needed and quickly.

If there's anything, it would be more to the technical aspects within the software. Without pinpointing, perhaps it's my laziness in looking for that certain bells & whistles in making things happen.

I've had members of my admin team send out signatures for TIAs and POAs and clients have been happy to use it, all without issue.

Easy for clients to use, easy for staff to send. Interface is clean and relatively intuitive. No big struggles in using it.

There's really nothing bad about it. Everything works as anticipated. It may not be as 'slick' as some options, but it's definitely professional-level.

I don't want to think about doing business in 2025 and beyond without being able to use this product. Even if resolution is not a large part of your business, there is still so much value in using it.

Name another product in your tech stack where you can talk with the owners? Where the owner listens to you, your business and your concerns and replies - we can help with that. My experience with other software has been, if I'm lucky, I get an account manager, and if I'm not, it is telephone tech support with a long wait.

That doesn't happen here. You get someone who will help you, and will do what they say. Said simply - they're great people and they've developed a great product.

It just works. From the transcripts module to the preformatted letters and the calculations that the software makes, it is designed to make a very complicated process understandable. You can rely on the information, it can streamline your client communications and the time necessary to resolve their IRS issues. The more efficient you are as a firm, the more profitable you become.

Nothing is perfect, and I'm sure there are things here, but truthfully, this is my go to software. This would be the last piece of software that I would cut out of my tech stack. It's that important. If there was an issue, and I can't think of one, it would get solved quickly. David and Suzanne are really responsive, and they care about their product and their clients.

The other tax resolution software programs available are solid, but transitioning to IRS Solutions has been one of the best business decisions I've made this year. It's easy to learn how to use IRS Solutions. No 'getaway training seminar' required! From the POA upload, to transcript delivery, to the reports, IRS Solutions is an all in one tool. Add to that the resources, the marketing tools, and the continuing education credits available, choosing IRS Solutions was a cinch.

With all the tools available in IRS Solutions to grow my business, the one thing lacking is enough time to implement it all.

The letters located inside the letter library do not allow for paragraph alignment to be set to left, right, center, or justify.
