This function is very important to create various things from any logo, you can generate advertising banners, brochures and much more. It is important to highlight that this function allows you to create a logo from scratch, you can customize the catalog design, change colors, change the size and you can even add shapes and objects to each logo.

2.- Another function that I loved is the collage creation function, I like this function a lot since it allows me to obtain it from the application for mobile devices and also from the version for computers, this function allows me to create a fairly complete collage at From any number of images, I can create a collage of five images or many more images, I can add the number of boxes I want to each collage made. In addition, this function also allows me to modify or customize the general design of each of the collages, to add my own and more attractive design.

5.- Canva allows me to create interactive and collaborative images, it allows me to create and edit images together with the collaboration of new people, this is fantastic because I can design new brochures or advertising banners together with the support of my colleagues. Another thing I liked is that Canva allows you to fully edit photos from your mobile device, you can edit new photos from your gallery, change contrasts, change the scale of each photo and even its colors, editing from the mobile device is too complete with Canva.

There are several negative things that can be found when using Canva, these negative things are:

1.- When using Canva, you must have a good device, be it a good computer or a good mobile phone, since the platform consumes a lot of resources every time it is going to process a new edited image, in addition, it also consumes a lot of resources at time to edit a new video. Also, every time you add new objects, new shapes and new animations to each image or presentation, the consumption increases even more within the platform, so it is recommended to use a device that can support this high consumption.

2.- The free version of Canva is quite limited in most aspects and sections within the platform. Currently, you can't get as full access to Canva's templates when using a free version, you will only be able to use 5% of all available templates, for example, if you want to design a new brochure or a new presentation, you will need to use templates very basic and with very normal designs, you will also have limitations on the number of animations that you can use for the videos that you are editing. I really don't recommend this free version because it doesn't provide as comprehensive access to image and video editing and creation.

It is a very powerful tool that anyone who is dedicated to design can use it, regardless of whether they are a professional or a person who wants to make their personal brand within this platform without having any knowledge of design, it is clear that if you have more knowledge on the subject regarding colors and fonts will have good results, but with Canva templates you can achieve many things without having any idea of design and still get good results with this platform. The AI makes the job much easier when creating an image without having to compose it in a traditional way, I am aware that it is not perfect, but I found it wonderful that with a simple text you can get very close to the idea that You have thought of an image and that with a large number of hits you manage to create an image.

* The text editor is very limited compared to other graphic design tools, it is very simple and cannot be formatted much, although I can make the text have a different shape than usual, which is to be able to curve it and in addition to that animations can be added to the text, this does not mean that it is the perfect text editor for this type of design platform. I understand very well that Canva is oriented to be able to make designs very quickly and without so much effort since it does not have a very complex interface, however, they can add a little more advanced functions that allow the user the freedom to tweak the text as desired. They are the separations or width of it, and also an endless number of tools found in other design platforms. * The performance of this platform can be a problem for some users as both the web version and the Windows version tend to freeze if you don't have a computer with decent features that can afford to use Canva and another platform or software running at the same time. time, in the case of the version of browsers you will simply need a computer with enough RAM that at least allows the browser not to be saturated by the resources that Canva needs since it has often happened to me that the tab freezes and everything is lost for "lack of memory". I have been able to create multiple brochures, prints, business cards, posts for my social networks, presentations and even design coffee cups for the company. º I would like it to have an offline mode in some way since this platform is entirely online, so if you don't have an internet connection, you probably won't be able to carry out your design ideas. It would be nice if it could be installed like any software for Windows or Mac and thus allow you to continue creating or editing a design without the need and obligation of being able to have an internet connection.

º It does not have shape cutouts, I have tried everything to make that type of cutout and not just the aspect ratio cutout. I would like to be able to have that type of function or an option that can cut freely and be able to cut the cuts that I want with the shapes and measures that I want and thus make it more practical to cut an image and paste it in some design in which I am working.

º To be an easy-to-use design platform for any experienced or inexperienced user, video editing seems to exceed that ease as its editing features are too limited. It doesn't even measure up to Microsoft's old Movie Maker and knowing that it has very basic functions, however, the Clipchamp app for Windows is much more complete and easier to use than the editor that comes with Canva.

º It has a limit with the size of the image that can be uploaded, apparently it does not work very well with large image sizes and it is annoying to have to go to another design platform just to be able to reduce the image size, wasting time. It could be useful if it had an internal size converter that allows you to do this type of thing without having to resort to external platforms to do this type of work and thus I do not need to leave Canva since all my design can be done there.

º I would like the icons or vectors to be ordered according to their classification and not only show me a bunch of images in the results which I have to search for one by one, making the creative design process more tedious by having to search for something similar that I need to put inside my designs.

It is extremely easy to use and is flawless, I didn't find any cons in my usage.

Canva is a perfect software as per requirement. It is a cloud-based software therefore it will not be wise to expect photoshop performance in all aspects from this software.
It can handle all basic kinds of graphics work but it is still far away to build advanced graphics work.

Overall I love using Canva in both its free version for personal use and the pro subscription at my job. My organization creates all its print, social and website graphics through Canva because of the multiple platform-specific templates. The ability to create custom sized documents in inches or pixels is excellent for working with our website build, and we have recently moved the design of our print newsletter in-house partially because of the ease of building it in Canva's platform. Overall, this is an excellent design software for the price and with the ability to add team members, one person can have a pro subscription for the entire organization, making the cost very reasonable for a solution our entire design and marketing team can use. On a personal level, I use the free version of Canva to create my own social media posts and some freelance graphic design work, and have found it more than adequate for what I need to use it for in my personal work.

I love the overall interface that packs comprehensive features but in an eye-friendly organized visual format. I am a blogger and need to frequently add good graphics within my posts but I am not a qualified graphic designer. Canva helps me to quickly create decent visual materials with least efforts. Many times I just select the templates and make a few changes to personalize them. It allows me to get a readymade themed material complete with matching background, typography and right positioning. Besides, I can simply select the specific formats like social posts, presentations etc. to see the different templates related to that format. What I love the most is the workspace area. I can easily find and add the quick readymade creative bits like icons, styles, etc. to give a personal touch to any template. I also love the mobile app version of Canva and sometimes use it for making images for social media posts. The elements section has got lots of icons and even the free ones look so professional. I can also change style or recolor any desired element. The option for grouping help me to group different elements together so that they respond uniformly to any changes like resizing. Downloads are decently fast and I can also share the completed images right from the workspace area. Overall it is a great option to overcome creative block or lack of technical graphic skills.

I am not a professional designer and so I frequently use just limited features (necessary for any specific blog post) from a huge collection of advanced features that Canva has. In that capacity, I don't find any cons. I like that this solution is not expensive at all and it allows you to access pro features for a decent price, as well as having many tools that I believe are so important for designing different flyers or posters, such as being able to access different presets, videos, fonts and images to add to my design from their own library. And not only Canva can help us with creating our different flyers, infographics or posters for any project, it also includes a great video editing tool which has helped us tremendously by making our videos look very professional and without any watermarks that other softwares often include.

When we started using Canva and used the free plan, we noticed that the availability of free templates was quite limited, which made us upgrade to the paid version of this software so we could access more templates and also have different access to other features in video and photo editing. Still, I believe that there can be more variety in the templates that are accessible to the free users because in my experience, there weren't many to choose from when I was a free user. I also believe there are some features that can do even better than they do now; for example, the search function could be more optimized to be able to search more specific content or more specific images that are related to our search and if we see one specific image that we like, the search could be filtered to show more images like that one, as other search tools do. Another thing that can also be improved is the amount of bandwith it requires for a smooth design process, as I have noticed that it will sometimes take too long to load different presets or it will be slow when working on our designs because of bad connection. Lastly, I don't really enjoy the mobile app as I find it difficult to use and I feel like the UI just doesn't work on the go, which is when I'm mostly using my phone, so I just prefer to simply use my desktop to work on designs because of this issue I find with the mobile app.

Discovering Canva and using it has been one of my greatest decisions in school, volunteer work and even part-time! You can easily create designs by drag-and-drop plus there's a huge variety of templates available! Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that it has many limitations when it comes to presenting a slide on a computer without an Internet connection, because you will have to download the presentation in a PDF file or through images, this will cause the presentation to not have any type of animation inside the text fields or the drawings that you have inserted. This platform does not have any executable file to present the slide when there is no internet connection, so I really do not recommend this platform if you are thinking of using it in that way, I recommend you always have an internet connection so that you can present your slides on any place.
