Despite being an application that has quite a considerable weight, its general operation is magnificent, it provides a similar operation to the experience obtained from the computer version and the web version. Much of the functionality of Canva was developed in a positive way during our experience, this helped us to design several images Iván is for our company and for our advertising campaigns.

The negative point that I have to mention about Canva is not regarding the functions, since as I previously mentioned all the functions behave wonderfully and this allowed us to make innovative designs, however the complaint I have is regarding the system of billing that has Canva. We have a monthly subscription for each employee individually, and we have noticed that at the time of billing it is not done automatically, we have to do the billing manually within the software. The billing system of the Chamber currently does not work perfectly, on several occasions we have had to carry out the process manually and this is a rather tedious process. I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible because when the automatic process is not done, our subscription stops and does not allow us to make designs with access to premium features.

If you want images and different designs to look professionally done without having to spend too much money Canva is the software for you.

I am not graphic designer, but I post a lot on social platforms for our company. So, I enjoy Canva and how easy it makes designing images for my posts. The features are user friendly and end up helping my posts catch the eyes of those scrolling.

There is a learning curve to learning all of the features. Once again, it is easy to use, but if you truly want to use all the features provided you have to learn by just using and exploring the platform.

The benefits that I have had with the help of Canva are very varied, it has served me for many things in my work sector. Canva is currently being used by all sectors of our real estate company in order to help make slide or presentation designs more streamlined. In our sector, Canva has successfully helped us create brochures for clients, every time we are going to sell a property, we hand out brochures to clients where they can learn more about our services, in addition, Canva has also allowed us to advertise In our company, create banners and advertising to reach more audiences on the networks, create satisfactory designs for customer advertising. We are satisfied with the results achieved with Canva, it is a very bold software, it needs to improve some things in its web version but I still consider it to be a very good option to make designs without having much experience.

Canva is our secondary platform for making presentations, slides, and making all kinds of collateral. One of the things that I liked the most about Canva are:

- Canva has a wide variety of templates for all kinds of occasions, these templates have very innovative designs and are applied to all the pages of the presentation that is being made. In addition, the templates come integrated with different fonts that help to give a better view of the slide, the fonts of the letters are different in each template.

- It has a highly optimized autosave system, I have never lost any type of information thanks to this autosave system that is capable of saving all the information that I insert, every time I insert something new or make a change, my presentation is automatically saved.

- When I make advertising designs such as banners or advertising images, Canva allows me to download them in very good quality and quite high resolution, which has helped me maintain this quality wherever I transfer these designs. Quality is one of Canva's strongest points.

- Canva allows me to increase the quality of any of the objects or images that I insert in my presentation. This is fantastic, it has an AI system to improve the quality instantly and have a better presence.

One of the main problems that I have faced during my experience with Canva were:

- The online video recorder is not as functional as it seems, this function is very poorly optimized. When I make the recording of my face to insert that video in the presentation, the video takes a long time to be processed by the platform and this causes it to take even longer to finish the slide. It would be better if after recording the video, you can insert it right away without waiting so long.

- Canva's web editor is not that functional. I recommend using Canva for mobile or using the app for desktop, you will get a more complete experience. Currently, the web editor takes a long time to load the data of a slide, every time a new element is inserted, the web becomes a bit slow, also, when there are many elements on a slide, the browser can crash at any time.

- Customer support is very scarce, on the web there is no email to contact directly with someone in charge of helping customers, currently the only option for support is a phone call. It would be better if there was a live chat.

Canva has made it possible for us to have a good design tool, previously we made our slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, however, the way those slides were were not to our liking, since they had a rather old design, for which we agreed to replace that platform with Canva. We do not regret having made that choice, since we are not sorry that we are currently using the platform, on the contrary, we are very grateful due to the great results reported so far, it is another way that has allowed us to create optimal designs for all types of advertising campaigns, in addition, we have created the company logo, we have designed all kinds of images to incorporate in the documents or brochures that we distribute right to these clients, in addition, it has also helped us to show advertising images for each publication that we notify you of social. I really loved this design bouquet, within it, I think it has a lot of potential for any company and allows you to create very good quality slides with an easy-to-use editor.

Without a doubt, the templates help a lot to maximize the design of what is being done, the templates offered by this platform are very professional, although the vast majority of available templates are only available in the paid version.

2.- This platform offers special plans for companies, and offers incredible discounts when many users of your company will use this design platform. I have loved the great plans that this platform offered me, since we have integrated up to more than 300 users within this design platform and we have obtained an incredible discount for paying this platform annually, I really loved the very affordable prices that it offered me.

3.- For computers, this version helps a lot when it comes to editing all kinds of presentations, since it is much more fluid than the web version, in addition, this version for computers allows you to work together with the collaboration of your colleagues, with as only use the plan for companies, you can work together thanks to this application download it for computers, or using the version for mobile devices.

4.- This platform also has an integrated image system or image library, I really love this library because it offers me a wide variety of images depending on what I'm looking for, this library has a built-in search engine, which is capable of to show all kinds of results depending on what you write in that search engine, there is a great variety of images without any type of copyright, therefore, you can use these images freely for everything that is being designed.

The main criticisms that I have witnessed about this platform were:

1.- The mobile version should be much more used, since currently it only offers image editing, slideshow creation and presentation creation functions, but video editing is not available, within this application it cannot be removed no video, moreover, you can't enjoy creating animated images either, I find this app has very good and professional features for you to design presentations, but it is very necessary for the video editing feature to be implemented, it is very necessary to have this function on the phone.

2.- The web version is not so optimal, since the more you are inserting information into the presentation or slide that you are making, the web version will become a bit slow. I consider that this web version is suitable for those people who are learn to use this platform, however, I do not recommend it at all if you are designing a presentation with a lot of information or editing a video with a lot of quality or elements.

3.- Another of the negative things is that this platform is not suitable for anyone, nor for any computer, the consumption of the version for computers and the web version is quite high, especially if you are editing some type of video, since that at the time of rendering that video when you have completed it, this rendering process consumes a lot of computer resources, therefore, you will not be able to use it for other activities while this process is being reviewed. I recommend that this platform only be used on computers that have a suitable capacity.

Totally worth the money if you're going to do anything at all with design for digital media. It has a lot of options and functionality and makes it much easier to create complicated graphics than you think.

The free version is amazing if you're making quick images, social media posts, etc and working by yourself, but getting the full version opens options for sharing projects with a team, saving images and colors and projects that you can all work on or work from and gives you a lot more options for more complicated projects. It's worth the money if you're making images for websites or email headers.

It takes a little while to learn to use all the features (you'll pick up the basics quickly) and when to best use them and the "training" isn't great.

Very good product, use it for many of our design needs that aren't overly complex. Can make nice looking assets quickly with minimal work.

The software is very easy to use as compared to things like Adobe Acrobat / Indesign, which we use heavily in our business. Intuitive interface, great assets and templates available on free or paid plans. Really allows you to create impactful visuals quickly and with limited design skills.

On the paid plan, when resizing artwork from one dimension to another there is still tweaking that is needed to adjust artwork. Most of the additional image assets in the platform are from third parties, so be careful using it if you're looking to trademark any designs, that's not possible with their stock imagery. Also wish they had more options for color themes in their templates that work separate from the core color theme.

Overall, Canva is one of the best platform to get pre-made templates and designs in almost all media formats.

- Canva allows downloading designs in GIF, PNG, JPG, and mp4 format.
- The free version of the software also works great and is more than enough for normal use.
- The drag and drop feature comes very handy.

- The mobile version of the software does not work properly.

I recommend Canva for all of the job seekers I work with in order to really stand out from the many job seekers on the market. Their free LinkedIn banner templates are wonderful.

Solid product that I constantly advise other authors to use. Adore Canva and it's accessible even if you're not normally a graphics person.

Canva can do so many things. I use it for all my graphics and have literally made thousands of images over the years including super cute business cards that everyone loves plus very precise covers for my books both in paperback and audio book format.

Not a lot really. Only thing I'd like to be able to do that I currently can't is resize existing images. I have to start again if I make a mistake with my sizing. Also a "save as" feature might be useful so that I can use old images as templates without losing the original on Canva.

This is one of my all-time favorite software services because they tackle such a huge problem and have really helped me get more time back. Design things fast. Software is simple to use. Gallery's are continuously updated. The upsells and add-ons are completely reasonable. Don't worry about being overcharged. Great for small to enterprise businesses.

This app has saved me countless hours designing things. New designs are continuously added so I never have to worry about my graphics going stale. Can't beat the software service for the price.

For some reason some placement sizes are replaced or removed all together. Know what and where you want to be publishing. I've spend too much time thinking through sizes to find the perfect design. Don't get trapped thinking about design.

Without being an expert in design, I have been able to give life to my publications on the social networks that I administer, it has also helped me to be able to choose the best colors since it has color palettes and according to the use or theme I can choose automatically this suits my design without so much fuss. With Canva I have been able to have a place where my design can be exported in different formats and presentations to be able to use it in almost any place where my company is present, be it a poster, flyer, mail, etc. All this without the need for a design background as this platform makes all of this look professional.

With this tool I can create excellent posts for my social networks, flyers, letters, etc. With a wide gallery of elements that help to create what you want without having to be a professional in graphic design. It has good templates that help to edit images according to what you want to create, this tool is very useful to quickly have an idea of what you want to create. I can add gifs or animations that look perfect with email banners to make them look more professional visually. Finally, I love that it has an almost infinite gallery of any image, shapes, gifs, stickers, etc., and also that every day they add more content so that nothing is repetitive and everything is fresh and new.

To be honest, I have only had one problem with this platform and that is that when making or modifying a design within the mobile application it tends to slow down at certain times, making it slower to be able to perform, for example, a correction to me picture. Another disadvantage that can be seen (but it is not my case) is that the free version is quite limited based on templates, formats and also the object gallery.

I like it. It's free to use a few PDFs, I can just swap in the info that I need and it works great. Very solid product.

Full disclosure, I only use the free feature, which is to design a PDF for my clients. It's super easy to use, and very user-friendly.

I haven't noticed any downsides to this product as of yet.

Overall, Canva is a great tool to make graphical designs from scratch or to use premade templates. It is intuitive and user-friendly to use.
