    Very Expensive and Not User friendly

    Summary

    In comparison, the software is very expensive. Too many steps to do to do anything. No online management for customers who would like to see or pay their bill online.

    Positive

    A lot of reports to choose from. Support calls within minutes of an issue but continues to crash.

    Negative

    Crashes when I try to run a check up on my data. Modules are very expensive. Yearly maintenance expensive. Does not integrate with Microsoft 365. You have to follow their provided checklist to have modules post to general ledger. Very lengthy process for every module which could be simplified to just a few steps.
