Overall experience has been very positive & great. If just the tone of the responses could be improved it can be the best AI software present at the moment.

The pros of ChatGPT has been uncountable for me till now from writing professional emails, Summarizing emails, general suggestions, learning new topics & many more.

By the the cons have just been the tone of response is more or less same even giving different prompts.

Overall it's a great one, I have started using it in Nov 2022 since then i use it almost each & every day without stopping. At the initial stage i have faced error in the free version because that time the response time was limited for free people but now i don't even face that doesn't matter if am using it for a whole day.

ChatGPT has proved itself the most reliable solution for tons of tasks which i have encountered in last one year, No matter if it's writing blogs, finding company introduction, writing professional emails, writing newsletter email copies, creatives headlines/taglines. I can't even mention all of them here. But It has been the best assistant i ever had.

So far I have only encountered on con which the language have more or less the same tone, even if you provide different prompts. It still gives the same feel of language during different needs. That could be improved.

In general, I consider that this artificial intelligence has been relatively important to fill different gaps in my company, sometimes, our employees have problems developing specific tasks, or they have some kind of problem to obtain some kind of specific information, so that is where the role of this artificial intelligence comes in, it provides immediate information when we ask for it. I consider that I have had a very good experience within this platform, I have felt quite like using it within my work area, I have been able to solve any kind of problem in seconds thanks to it. In addition, I must emphasize that this platform is completely easy to use, anyone who tries to use it for the first time will not have any kind of problem in adapting to its functions, or in adapting to the way in which you should speak to artificial intelligence. We will continue using this service in the long term, it is completely essential for our company.

We have integrated it with several platforms that we use every day in our work environment. In this way, when we need some kind of response or some kind of solution, just by using the corresponding commands, we can use this artificial intelligence, without directly accessing it.

4- I also liked the ability of this system to solve any kind of concern. I was fascinated by the way it can solve any kind of problem. There are very few things that this artificial intelligence cannot do. In fact, there are almost no things that this artificial intelligence cannot do. I liked that because it is useful for many things in my work area.

The main things that I didn't like about this artificial intelligence, and that could be better are:

1- The general design of this artificial intelligence is quite basic, this causes that for some users, the use of this platform, is quite annoying, for which, I consider that this platform should have the option to modify the general interface of this platform, I would like the platform to offer different types of colors for the interface, or different types of designs.

2- Another feature that I didn't like about this artificial intelligence, is that it has problems when generating a text with specific characters or with a specific number of lines, for example, if you ask for a response of six or eight lines, the artificial intelligence has problems to carry out this process properly, and what it does is generate this content, but in fewer lines or more lines than what you requested.
